The check in check out process was hassle free. Rooms were ok. They have tried something. Coming out the bathroom is slippery and not safe. Chance of falling down is very high. I fell down and lucky to escape with bruises.

The Elaa Resort is newly renovated but Elaa Resort rooms colours should be changed as it is dark colour. Hot water and towel in room should be provided.
