Property and facilities ok but food price is high.. other wise all r okay 👍

Location of the property is very far from the main beach there is no access to the beach as well you have to cross a different property to reach to the beach this was never mentioned otherwise I would have opted for a better property. Now coming to the food its simply horrible and below standard a friend of mine had diarrhoea and severe food poisoning after consuming 3 meals its unnecessarily oily and spicy. The service of the hotel is simply awful late deliveries of food no help during medical emergency and very unprofessional behavior of the staffs. Please so not waste your vacation booking this hotel. Its highly substandard and unprofessional.

Worst possible stay , rude staff behaviour, dirtiest pool if you use that pool who will get skin disease, no wifi in rooms, even there are no proper door mostly broken, they serve stale food

We experienced zero room service or cleaning despite calling several times. However, the owner was cooperative regarding our late checkout as they provided us with a room after we checked out from the three rooms we had booked. The hotel’s location is excellent and the in room facilities, amenities and interior design are all impressive.

room was large and clean. tv functional. clean towels. good room service. near to beach. but they should put some rules on the pool area about openly drinking alcohol. that makes other people uncomfortable to use the pool.

Review Title: Extremely Unprofessional Behavior by the Manager Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Our stay at Elegant Beach Resort & Spa could have been pleasant, but it was completely ruined by the unacceptable and rude behavior of the manager. As guests, we expected basic courtesy and respect — instead, we were met with arrogance and unprofessionalism. The way the manager spoke to us was disrespectful and completely out of line. A hotel’s reputation is built not just on its property or facilities, but on how it treats its guests. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was a clear reflection of poor training and lack of hospitality values. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the hotel management takes serious action. Such individuals should either be properly trained or removed from guest-facing roles. Conclusion: The location is nice, but as long as this kind of staff is running the property, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The cons of this property are: 1. There is no proper parking facilities available, everyone bringing the car or bike has to park their vehicle in a open field in the side of hotel and there is no security. 2. They will provide you only 2 500ML. mineral water bottles in room, and any further requirement of drinking water, you have to buy the same. 3. The place near the pool is not much dirty and clumsy, and non maintained. The pool is very small and the water is too much dirty ( I have attached the images). 4. The TV in the room is not working, we have complained so many times in the reception, but they had just avoided the issue and till the time of checkout, the TV had not worked. 5. In the next morning while serving the complimentary breakfast, they do not even provide spoons, bowls, they have simply asked to pour the hot curry in the plate, and eat. They will serve just 1 boiled egg to you, if you need more you have to buy. We have to ask multiple times for the spoons and bowls. The pros of the property are: 1. Very near to sea beach. 2. Pocket friendly. 3. Staffs are good. 4. Rooms and washroom are clean. 5. Foods are good(breakfast menu- Tea, Bread with butter and jam, puri, sabji as ghoogni, 1 boiled egg) 6. The main beach is just 1 kms away by toto or walking. The moral of the review is , I can say if this property is maintained by the housekeeping staffs better and if the buffet breakfast is managed well, then this property can be a very good for the tourists.

Room was good but the service was terrible.. Food not good!! We had to wait for hours after ordering food!

The amenities were good. The staffs were nice. The room was also good but the washroom needed some attention. The toilet was not clean and the shower head had some issues in its flow

Room was luxurious spacious with all modern amenities . Bt the maintenance is very poor, they r just least bothered about the problems we have informed them ,, there r lots of flies in the dining area and reception area,, pool was too dirty too use , lots of insects swimming here and there even the pool area is too dirty to sit or stand , there is a nasty smell in the bathroom and water is stagnant in the bathroom after informing them they did not do any thing to resolve the problem, but some staff are quite good and some are rude specifically the ‘munna’ named guy, too rude to talk, food is so so , little expensive ,, test ,quality and quantity is not worthy for the money they charged, property location is good and the property is good but lack of maintenance.. they do not even clean the dishes properly which they provided for tea or food , when we entered in the room a there is some stain of food in the bedsheets and the comforter, when we asked to change they changed that and given a comforter which was not even properly dried, the cup they given for tea there is food stains in all over outer part of the cup.. need to maintain the property very well and have to hire some skilled housekeeping for maintain cleanliness.
