We booked this property for our stay at coorg. This is not actually in coorg but in kudumangalore but an excellent location to avoid the hill traffic of coorg. This place about 6-7 km from nandroling monestry. Nice place very well maintained and very helpful staff. Special mention for anish who was an excellent host during our stay. Rooms are spacious beautiful decor equipped with all general amenities like toiletries, water bottles etc they have shared living room and kitchen if u want to cook something. Nice beautiful sit outs for breakfast or night sitting. Cozy atmosphere. Food it is excellent we ordered roti, dal fry, gobi manchuria, coorg chicken fry(must have, chicken kebab, biriyani all came to just 2300. Very tasty food. In the morning we had complimentary breakfast which include plain dosa (must have) bread omlete, boiled eggs, fruits. Set dosa, onion dosa. We just to tell them what we want from the menu so that they can prepare hot and give. Hospitality awesome no words can express.

Rooms are very spacious and very well maintained. Staff is good. If you have big group u can book more rooms. Kids play area is not there. This property is ard 30 km away from main town and hence that was a problem as you will not get full experience. Food served was ok, breakfast was better. ( if you order anything which is not in menu double check price, because chrages are high for non menu items)

I usually don’t review after the places i visit but this i have to caretaker anish was so sweet and very helpful, easy to approach, at your doorstep whenever you need anything the property was amazing didn’t feel like leaving it very aesthetic and comfortable, me and my boyfriend enjoyed the stay, food was good too they provide you food in your order. Room- 5star, food- 4star

The home stay is very well maintained. The rooms where super clean, staff was amazingly helpful. Anish made sure, everything that we wanted was taken care of. Only negative side is, it is slightly far from madikeri, which is heart of coorg, but as long as you are ready to drive a bit and are coming for 2 or more days, this property should be an amazing stay option.

The villa and service was awesome it was very neat and clean the food was also good and the best part is the care taker anish was very good person and he gave us a very good service. Anything we want he was always available with his smiling face. Will surely come again and stay in future. Thanks

The hospitality from the staff was top notch. I have never heard no. Food is good. They have a barbeque option as well. We enjoyed it a lot. We had a 1 year old daughter as well with us. The staff accommodated every need that we asked for her. Enjoyed the stay. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent property for get togethers and weekend chilling with family friends. The breakfast is good and the cleanliness and hygiene is worth a special mention. Very well kept but the location is within the city if that's not a concern go ahead without a second thought.

This is a hidden gem, with excellent furnishings for a very comfortable stay. The property is very spacious, has a large tv, high speed internet and a fully equipped kitchen. Was perfect for our en route night halt

We had a very peaceful and soothing stay. Aneesh is extremely helpful and the hospitality of the staff is very good. We would definitely recommend this place to people we know.

I stayed in the homestay for 1 day. Stay was pleasant with prompt services and good cleanliness. Food was average for vegetarians. Overall good experience. Room was a bit small but washroom was nice with bathtub
