Very clean and spacious rooms.

The location was amazing, needed to focus on basic amenities like water jug, kettle, water glasses ....but neat, well maintained flat

Well maintained property. 2 family or bachelor group can easily stay. Fully furnished apartment. Kitchen washing mechine ever-ting there.

Comfortable stay, property is a nice location closer to restaurants and coffee shops, management should consider keeping kettle, glasses (not steel) and some basic toiletries.

If you’re looking for a great stay at an affordable price, just go for it. I had a fantastic experience. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, which i really liked. They also offered free wi-fi and drinking water. Plus, they were flexible with a late checkout too.

Flat was good and view was nonce too. But service can be improved. Eventhough service boy is helpful in getting everything we had to ask for everything including soaps and even fridge is not there so that can be improved a lot

The rooms are good and well maintained. Located in posh and peacefull locality. One can have pleasant stay.

Owner was not receiving call and care taker also not giving answered on call. Fans were too loudly cannot sleep peacefully. Geaser was not working at midnight. Caretaker support is 2/5 star. Owner 1/5 star. Thanks

Excellent place to stay, very neat and clean. Negative point there is no canteen facility. Even for coffee, we need to go out. Our suggestion is to keep the basic things on the campus. Thanks

Very good location and newly constructed building, spacious rooms but they say can't provide generator power supply in knight time because neighbour's disturbed. How stay without fans knight time? kindly another arrangement for the issue.

We stayed in their new bhk property near kuvempu nagar and it was a brand new apartment. Stay was excellent. It was super clean and hygienic. The location is very good. Near to the restaurants. Zomato food delivery was available. The staff were very friendly. On my next visit to mysore, no doubt i would like to stay in this property. I strongly recommend this property to others too.

Give attention to cleanliness since cigarette buds found in bathroom except that wonderful stay for family, good location and amenities.

We stayed 2 days and the stay was really nice. The room had all the basic amenities. Overall great experience!

Pros: spacious rooms, decent location, helpful staff and flexible check-out time. Cons: the lift is not available so difficult to opt for anything other than the ground floor if you're travel-ling with old age people.
