The resort stay was truly exceptional, offering a much-needed escape from everyday life. The picturesque lake view provided a calming backdrop, perfect for relaxation and contemplation. Moreover, the cricket turf was well-maintained, adding a touch of fun and activity for guests. Overall, the experience was memorable, filled with both tranquility and moments of joy. I would recommend this resort to anyone seeking a blend of serenity and recreation.

Excellent scenic beauty only for Holiday purposes. The taste of the food is excellent and affordable, with varieties. Staff behaviour is sover and adjustable.

The location is good, the food is average but costly (they apply GST over MRP), the swimming pool is good, and the indoor games are poorly maintained, services are provided by trainee with little supervision

The worst experience I've ever had! The service I received was completely disappointing, especially considering the amount I paid. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. They cleaned our room after we had already checked in, leaving us waiting outside the tree house for two hours with my 2-year-old daughter. Also, I strongly advise against booking their tree house room — it's not worth the money at all. For the same price, you can easily get a much better experience at a 4-star hotel in Lonavla or nearby.

This is the 2nd time we visited the Elegant waterfront. The place is huge and is beautifully maintained. Even a weeks stay wouldn't be boring at this place. If you are a nature lover you should definately visit. The rooms are clean and hygenic and are equipped with all amenities. When visiting please carry your own alcohol if you're a drinker since both the times we visited, the pub was not yet started as they say they didnot have an alcohol license yet and the nearest bars and wine shops are more than half and hour away. Also they could improve on quality and taste of food. The food here is too expensive and not worth for the cost. Rest everything is amazing.

Very very terrible service firstly checkin time was 2 they gave us room @ 4 pm my wife is pregnant still thy did not cooperate with us

The infrastructure of the resort is simply out of the world. However, they need to improve significantly on the service. None of the requests that we had for housekeeping got completed. The restaurant did not have a bunch of things that they mentioned on the menu. This property is perfect for club mahindra to take over and start managing.

Nice infrastructure and facilities specially the food is very good. Water sports was not available when we met but the swimming pool etc was well maintained

The place and views are excellent. I stayed in private swimming pool cottage which was clean and good, great place for a quick outing with family. There are just few points to include as feedback. 1. There are flys in the room. 2. It would be great if we can bring our pets with us in this beautiful property, that would make the whole experience a 💯

I am writing this sitting inside the room... I made a huge mistake of booking Elegant Waterfront Resort for my anniversary celebration First they gave us a room which had zero view, all walls in front of the windows. When asked for an upgradation they shifted to a different room, the new room had a view and shifted immediately but later on we realised it is very unpleasant in every sense. Dirty WC, stains on wash basin, dirty ceiling fan, on top of that there was a single tubelight in the room which was insufficient to lit up the entire room. The room felt dimly lit after the sunset. After several calls to the reception they sent their house keeping supervisor which he himself accepted that they forgot to clean the room before our checking. When asked to speak to their manager Ms. Shweta, she literally turned deaf ear to our concerns and was irresponsive. I am really disappointed with the service given by Elegant Waterfront Resort staff, will surely be not recommending to visit this property in future.
