ELEPHANT PASSAGE

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the elephant passage resort with my family, including my elderly parents, and it was an exceptional experience. The resort’s beautiful setting, coupled with its attentive and friendly staff, made our stay truly memorable. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for our needs. The staff took extra care to ensure that my parents were comfortable, providing extra amenities and assistance whenever needed. Accessibility was clearly a priority, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made moving around the resort easy for everyone. The activities offered were diverse and engaging, perfect for family members of all ages. We particularly enjoyed the guided nature walks and the cultural performances, which provided a wonderful glimpse into the local culture. The kids had a blast with the various recreational activities, while my parents enjoyed the serene environment and the chance to relax. Dining at the resort was another highlight. The variety and quality of food available were impressive, and special dietary needs were accommodated without any fuss. The ambiance of the dining areas, combined with the delicious meals, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, elephant passage resort exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s an ideal destination for families looking to enjoy a mix of adventure, relaxation, and cultural experiences, all while being assured that their older family members will be well cared for. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Pros : a beautiful property on top of a hill, the infinity pool is one big attraction with beautiful view, food is good with decent options, rooms are big enough, very spacious, equipped mini bar, yoga classes in the morning, evening campfire with some activities, few indoor games for the kids like tt, carom, snooker, chess, courteous staffs with good service always smiling this property is 15 kms away from munnar town, downhill towards cochin, away from the local attractions, will take you 30 to 45 minutes to reach munnar town, temperature remains warm, don’t expect the cold weather in the summers, they have equipped air conditions in all the rooms cons: the gym is too small, fitness freaks might feel a little disappointed, equipments are broken, this needs to be fixed, evening tea time there was a huge rush and snacks was not served properly, needs to be better organised, a bar could have been better but you can bring your liquor as they don’t serve alcohol in the resort, the road to the ELEPHANT PASSAGE is very steep, will be difficult for beginners, if you have issues driving up do call the ELEPHANT PASSAGE for assistance they might have some experienced drivers to help you out, the restaurant doesn’t have air conditioner and it’s too hot when we go for lunch or dinner specially during summers. Overall a nice property to relax and energise

We went to elephant passage. The final lap to elephant passage from quarry side of aanchal to top of the hill is quite adventurous with steep slopes and hairpin curves, and a narrow road, but manageable even with a low performance car like mine, alto k10 automatic. The climate was pleasant and we barely had to wear any winter clothes. The ELEPHANT PASSAGE is well maintained and the staffs are like your grandma during christmas. They are so lovely and polite and take care of you throughout. They go out of their way to help and make your stay pleasant. We were travel-ling with our 9months old baby and apart from the regular services like baby cot and high chair, they prepare healthy salt free, sugar free, oil free food for her. If you are carrying your porridges and powders, they will prepare it for you. They make one of a dal kichdi for baby which you might eat yourself. On top of this they were even carrying the baby in between for us. Now, the place is on top of a cardamom and tea plantation surrounded by tall mountains. Not all rooms have great view, but some have. The view from the pool deck is awesome. I am someone who loves to dip in cold water so, that pool was amazing for me. They served a wide variety of continental buffet and loved everybit of it. I would recommend to get their breakfast and dinner combined deal to save

One of the best resort's we have gone to. The food was amazing and the large large children play area was a blessing in disguise. We could easily watch our daughter play in the children's area while we could peacefully have our bkfast, lunch and dinner. The resort is located on a mountain top and the view is awesome. The approach road is really steep, hence only good drivers should attempt this climb, especially if the road is wet. Else, before u climb, inform the reception and they will send their drivers to help. This adds a bit of tinge to the adventure u r looking forward to. The infinity pool and the trail is mesmerizing and the weather is cool. We stayed for two nights and never left the resort. The staff was amazing too. Also the evening with mr. Suresh was fun-filled and lively. He is a very talented and joyful person and was able to break the ice among-st the guest very easily. In a nutshell, it was highly quality two nights!

A premium 5-star property which is located amid plush greenery and offers a valley view is a must visit while you are planning your next trip to munnar. The ELEPHANT PASSAGE staff is very well educated and experienced and you will feel comfortable and privileged while enjoying a stay here. The activity manager knows 5 different languages including hindi and english and he will help you plan your days in munnar more efficiently. The cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation are full on full marks. Food is also nice (buffet as well as ala-carte). I will recommend this to everyone who visits munnar though its little far from city but the ELEPHANT PASSAGE staff will help you get taxis’s to reach any nearby location. (10/10)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "elephant passage" for two days, and i can honestly say it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Accommodation: the accommodations at "elephant passage" were nothing short of spectacular. Our room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The cozy bed ensured a restful sleep, and waking up to the sounds of nature was a delight. The best part was the private balcony, which offered a stunning view of the lush green landscape and, as the name suggests, a glimpse of the majestic elephants roaming freely in their natural habitat.

I must say although the photos was tempting to go there and stay, i dint know i would be experiencing such an awesome stay at elephant passage. Pros: 1- i must start with staff hospitality, they were top notch professional and so kind to us 2 - premium ambience and rooms, you will be getting top notch rooms for the price you pay 3 - the way building are made will give a natural forest vibe with lots of trees 4- recreational area is open for all for playing games 5 - camp fire, complimentary snacks, quality food are just add ons 6 - munnar is just 11km away from resort cons 1 - nothing much to say but infinite pool is not that deep, just 4 feet i will totally recommend this to each and everyone

The furniture was modern and well-maintained. - *size and layout: the room was spacious with a functional layout, allowing for easy movement and organization of personal items. # 2. Amenities - *facilities: the ELEPHANT PASSAGE offered a swimming pool, gym, and spa, all in excellent condition. - *wi-fi: complimentary high-speed internet was available, which was a huge plus for both leisure and work purposes. - *parking: secure parking was provided, which gave peace of mind during the stay.

Everything in this beautiful property is amazing. The serene-green campus, the sumptuous food, the walking trails, the smiling-warm staff, luxurious cottages. Indeed everything is beyond mesmerizing. Highly recommended. Worth every minute and penny you spend here.

Good location on hill top, good staff and management. The breakfast menu was excellent. Very happy and thanks to all the staffs of elephant passage, for making our 2night stay, a memorable one. Thank you all.

Everything was good but there was no view from room. Outside was covered by forest. Rest all are fine.

This is an excellent place for a getaway. The food was awesome and views were just great. Overall, it's highly recommended and will definitely be going back sometime.

The Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Highly recommend, very good and calm place to stay. The best part is their staff hospitality. They are very good, welcoming and well trained. All your requests are best taken care of. Breakfast and food are also good.

The food quality was at the topmost, the viewpoint from the pool was really awesome, the property location easily accessible from google map driving to here might be an awesome adventure
