Eleven Boulevard

My stay in the Eleven Boulevard was absolutely fantastic and very satisfying. The location is just too good. Hotel is located on Ghat no. 11 and faces the lake. You get out of the Eleven Boulevard, cross the road and there is dal lake. we opted for the lake facing room and the view was amazing. The heating system was superb and very effective. The staff is courteous and polite. Just below the Eleven Boulevard is the food court with all the food chains like pizza Hut, vango, KFC, Amritsari Express so you have great options to choose from. The boulevard road market gives you good shopping options and you may also choose to shop from local vendors just on the main road. I would recommend this property to everyone. It'll be a great choice indeed

Totally worth the money spent in this Eleven Boulevard. Best Eleven Boulevard at the banks of famous dal lake. The rooms are too good, clean, spacious and have a great interior. The staff is very polite and provides prompt 24/7 service. Food is very delicious and many varieties are available. Mesmerizing views of dal lake from the rooms. I totally recommend this Eleven Boulevard. Thanks to for helping us with everything.

situated opposite gate 11 of dal lake, gives an excellent view of the lake. rooms are good heating facility. first floor has four restaurants which open from 10,30 to 11pm. the staff is helpful and courteous. we enjoyed our overall stay. good for family and honey mooners.. the room with a view👆🏿

It was a pleasant stay for us. The Eleven Boulevard is in front of the dal lake, and we enjoyed the lake view. Outside foods are allowed in the Eleven Boulevard. However you can order foods from the Eleven Boulevard itself but it's very expensive, so i would recommend to have food from outside.

Rooms are quite good especially the lake view rooms , with heating and eatery outlets in the premises only . Location wise very good if you are looking for Eleven Boulevard near dal lake . Staffs are very helpful and cordial only drawback is limited variety of food choice .

Very clean room and proper housekeeping, good reception by the staff, quick kitchen service. The view of the dal lake from the room is good but a lot of stranded electric cables spoil a fantastic view of the place. This should be given a little bit of attention.

It was an overall good stay, The location was also good with a direct view of dal lake from the Eleven Boulevard window, Cleanliness was also up to the mark.

A very well designed and professionally maintained Eleven Boulevard with good location. Staff service is very slow and needs to be improved – we had to call multiple times and still wait for 2 hours just to get the housekeeping done.

Very good..they extended our check out and was kind of them and it’s a nice location and very comfortable stay
