Room was good. Lift was not working as most of the times current not available. Room service is very limited in timings and no proper response from them. Overall stay was ok. Room was good. Room service and restaurant service is available only on timings. For coffee also we have to wait till the timings mentioned. Others are ok. Lift not working for all 3 day stayed there.

Overall good stay Location - walkable distance to Yercaud boating lake, Poppy hill adventure park Rooms - had some issues like mats, bedsheet, on request they changed them ... Food - Decent morning breakfast, Had to wait for dinner but, was served very hot with reasonable price and their open dining experience was good...

Good atmosphere with good service. The room was clean and well-maintained. The rooftop restaurant served good food with a pleasant ambiance. The only limitation I noticed was that breakfast service begins only at 8:30 am. Conveniently located in the town area, close to the lake.

This property is located very near to the Yercaud lake. The rooms are very neat and spacious. Morning breakfast is very good. The staff are very good and supportive. Easily accessible location. In 2 mins walk you can reach the Lake. Really nice stay and best suitable for the family.

Rooms were well maintained but there is no landline phone to connect or get assistance from the reception, I need to use my mobile phone to call them. Also, I opted for dinner in my plan but the dinner was not good and they had selected food. Breakfast was good. Overall not worth the money. I can pay 2500 or 3000 not more than that.

Apart from breakfast everything else is damn bad. There is no proper house keeping,rooms are very dirty,sheets are not clean, you can see the corridors dirty without proper lighting. In short don’t go by the photos as shared by the property owner ,nothings matches in actual. It would be not wrong to call h to is place a third standard lodge and not hotel at all. Everything is untidy,very low grade place. Not at all worth spending a penny here.
