Elite Homes

We stayed at Elite homes for family tourism in November 2023. We booked a family room with breakfast package for 3 nights. We were allotted room no 205 on the second floor. The overall stay was peaceful, comfortable and satisfactory. Pros: - The room was exactly as shown in the picture. Large enough to occupy two queen sized beds with nice mattresses, two sofa chairs, a tea table, a closet, writing table...and it was spacious, not crammed up at all. - Bathroom is spacious with a large mirror and clean new sanitary wear, mixer, taps, shower heads. - The staff was cooperative, prompt and polite. - Cleanliness: full marks. - Upholstery, bedding, blankets, furniture is of superior quality. - Parking space for four wheelers is available but limited. The staff helps you to park cars if there are many cars at the same time. - The property is located in a calm residential area and about 5-7 minutes walking distance from a busy road with many shops. Cons: - The cupboard was rather small in capacity considering that more than two members, and at times 4 adults could be staying in the room. - Hardly one small drawer was available, that too, in the common bed side table. So, there's one bed side table for 4 people. The table under the TV set has thick, approx 8", wooden top but doesn't have a drawer. - The bathroom switch is located on the wall behind the bathroom door. At night, one has to open the door, go inside, then close the door in dark and then switch the light on. Ideally, the bathroom light switch should be located outside so that, the light can be switched on before entering. - The wash basin tap dispenses water under high pressure and in sharp jets. This traumatises hands if you need good volume of water on hands and also splashes a lot of water around and on the user. The tap nozzle is fixed so close to the rear end of the basin bowl, that on reducing the flow the water almost flows over the counter of the basin. This irritates the user every time. Changing the tap to one with longer nozzle and an aerator adaptor could solve these issues. - Hot water is available only during morning hours. So taking a warm water bath in the evening is out of question. Also, due to solar water heating system a lot of initial few litres of water must be wasted in order to get hot water for bath. In city like Aurangabad with scarcity of water supply, such a wastage of water raises a genuine concern. - No hand towel was available. So we had to use our own napkin...any way there was no towel holder near the wash basin. Only a couple of hooks are provided behind the bathroom door. No other towel rods/ racks. There isn't a holder for toilet tissue role. The plug in the toilet is located far off from the mirror - I guess it will be usable only if you have a long enough cable on shavers/hair dryers. - Electric kettle is placed right under the TV. It's steam directly goes over the TV screen. If the users are not mindful then TV screen will get damaged in some days. - There's hardly any good view out of the window. We had to keep the curtains drawn up during the entire stay. The narrow terrace attached would allow someone only to stand outside (sitting is not possible) to breathe fresh air but the buildings right in front of you prevents one from using the terrace. - Only veg food is offered. We didn't take dinner at the Elite Homes. The breakfast was ok but for the same menu on two consecutive days out of the three days of our stay. - there was none in the room. Also, cold drinking water is not available in the Elite Homes. So we had to purchase cold water outside. Overall - if the enlisted cons don't bother you Elite homes is a good, economical choice for a short stay, especially if you are going to spend the whole day outside and come to the Elite Homes for sleep over only.

If you are looking to have relaxing time after a day out. This place is highly recommended. Located in a very peaceful residential place elite homes is a home away from home. The owners ensures guest comfort to a very personal level. Good staff. Good breakfast and homely maharashtrian thali at dinner at a very affordable price. Rooms neatly kept. Clean bathrooms. Very supporting staff who are ready to help in all manners. What's could have been better. 24 hours hot water, single queen bed instead of two joined. But again considering the price at which Elite Homes operates. This can be easily accepted. I have selected this Elite Homes after quite a research comparing cost and aminities this is highly recommended. Hospital and shops are at walking distance. We thank again for the wonderful experience during our stay for three days along with family.

Very nice stay at elite homes at aurangabad near kamgar nagar it's central to all the attractions like ellora caves, daulatabad fort and ajanta. 2 kms away from the shopping and food street called cidco street. Mr tho-rat who is the owner, personally ensures all the things at Elite Homes are well attended and provides a personal touch to the stay with friendly chat and tips for sight seeing highly recommended place in aurangabad as it's close to all points yet away from the noise and crowds

It was reasonably priced according to what it offered. They have parking space too although you'll need to leave the car key with them. One drawback when we stayed was that there was no hot water in the bathroom and they gave us a water heating device which we inserted in the bucket to make it hot. After checking out, we wanted to freshen up in the evening and they were kind enough to give an empty room for 20 mins for free.

I have stayed ther for 2 days in aug 23. The stay is comfortable, rooms are clean, and moderately sized. Washroom is clean. Food is good and homely. Staffs are courteous and helpful. The owner supervises the property personally. The drawbacks are location is quite inside and not on the main aurangabad -nagpur road. Limited choice of items in breakfast and dinner. Overall experience is good enough.

Our stay was very pleasant, the room and washroom was neat and clean. Breakfast and dinner were also available at a very nominal price with superb homely taste. The Elite Homes also arranged a cab for mandir darshan and sight seeing at a reasonable price. If you are planning to stay in aurangabad or coming here for jyotirlinga darshan then this is the best place to stay

I had an excellent stay at elite homes. The staff at the property was very helpful with sharing useful information about the city. They went out of the way and arranged all the breakfast items for us much before scheduled time, as we had to check out early. An extra mattress was also arranged at no extra cost. Had an amazing stay at elite homes. Would highly recommend.

Hello, make my trip and elite homes team, i have select to stay in elite homes which was very good decision for me. All amenities are very good. Food quality is mind blowing, veg thali is superb i enjoyed it. Very tasty and yummy. Thanks a lot again to elite homes and make my trip for such a beautiful home away from home. Cleanliness is their priority. All the services are too quick. The food was awesome. Sambar and thali are authentic and must try

Great stay great staff room was good pet friendly so my fur baby was happy too they serve thali, good breakfast and range of rooms is also good.

We all stayed at this place for the first time but we enjoyed their courtsey and felt just like home so we suggested to everyone to stay at this place ☺️☺️

The location is close to many attractions as well as excellent restaurants nearby. The place has clean washrooms and very hygienic

Property is very good. Food not much varieties but good to have. Doesn't spoil your stomach. Locality is bit in residential area. So away from traffic.

Food was amazing, amenities were good. Didn't like the blankets, looks like not cleaned it properly. Except that overall experience was good

For dinner they serve THALI, that is excellent 👍, that attracts me to visit again.

The room was quite good. Biggest plus point is the home made food that were offered. It is located too near to airport and the ambience was perfect for couples and families

Our stay was short but very pleasant. Room was super neat with spacious toilets. This is such a good property for the stay.
