Positive Secure place with cameras in hall, entrance , and walk ways. Entry restricted with biometric / RFID entry to the apartment (not room. Rooms have separate keys. Single room with attached bathroom. Can order food through swiggy. No time restriction for entry and exit. neat room. Working TV. Staff was supportive and friendly. even after Anand left 2 replacement came they gave very good service. (Excellent staff support I got and very friendly) There is a staff outside apartment during night time. Negative No dinning table or place to have food( have to use visiting room or our bedroom to have. Staff room is inside the kitchen. Anand was not able to help find rent a bike. only hourly trip car he was able to provide (points it was said they will help in arranging rent a bike which service is not there. Booking time it was said will have a attached balcony ( when I spoke to the person in charge she said no room have balcony attached or separate is there) which I was disappointed since I was paying for a room. But since the room was neat I ignored the case. There is a car workshop so can hear sound from there not too loud if the windows are closed. There was some work happening upstairs so sleeping morning hours will be difficult if u are sound sensitive person. Location not easy to find since no board. have to go through the gate and behind the building there are lift going to 3rd floor.

The place is located just 2 kms from the international airport. Its not a Elite Homes | Rooms in an Apartment, its a apartment where rooms are given. There is no food facility there but there is a caretaker which will make your stay very hassle free. Talking about the rooms, are normal sizes and clean. The washroom is good. The overall apartment was very clean. The only issue i faced was that the building is still under construction so there is alot of noise from 10am to 6pm, so much noise that you cannot sleep during these hours. Overall i would totally recommend this place for bunch of friends and family. The place location is also really great.

If you are looking for a budget and comfortable homestay, it fits well. The room is small but well maintained, clean- particularly washroom is well maintained. Yes you need to carry dental kit and accs, but for a basic stay it's a place to choose. The caretaker is very polite and cordial and he takes care of you. He cooks and deliver basic dishes like bread omelette, dal, roti, jeera rice. The taste and quality is very good. Yes it's expensive but i think it is justified since it is home cooked. Overall i would prefer to stay again!

Very comfortable experience. The room was very nice and spacious with a clean and hygienic bathroom. The linen and bath towels were clean and the room was sanitised which is very important specially in the current covid situation. It gave me a peace of mind with the way it was kept clean and proper precautions were taken for each guest as they checked in. Overall a great value for money and a safe stay. Highly recommended. The staff was helpful and polite. Elite home team- please keep up the good work!

I had an early morning flight to catch from the International Airport so checked into this property & this turned out to be the best decision. It is a new property. The ambience is so serene & quiet that I loved it. Spotless linen Very clean & comfortable room Super clean & hygienic toilet that I have ever seen in a Elite Homes | Rooms in an Apartment in this price. I recently visited Mumbai and had an amazing experience at the property I stayed in! 😄✈️ Despite my flight being delayed by 4 hours, the caretaker was incredibly helpful. They provided me with all the necessary information and even allowed me to check in at 3 am. The rooms were clean, and having AC and hot water in the morning was a necessity that was met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this property. Can't wait to visit again! 🌆🏨

Our stay at elite homes was very good. Our only request would be to update the apartment location address properly because it created a confusion as this apartment starts from the 3rd floor and there was another Elite Homes | Rooms in an Apartment below so to avoid this confusion, kindly update your address by stating this apartment starts from the 3rd floor and the entrance (i. E lift facility) to reach there is on the back side.

The Elite Homes | Rooms in an Apartment is very clean and the caretaker anand will take good care of your incase you need breakfast or tea n etc. The room is simple n sober with all the basic requirements. It was real pleasant stay. Location is ideal for travellers, airport nearby. Cleanliness, hospitality, being the real top. Homely atmosphere provision of gud quality tea, snacks etc.

The clean n hygiene is well maintained and ana’s is a great help he is always their to help you to give the best service and good breakfast n snacks like home cooked

It was very wonderful experience there was no restrictions and the staff name anand was very good provided us the best experience

My stay was average they don’t provide extra glasses, not provide food as per your requirement and many types of amenities was missing but the caretaker (anand) is very good person. All was good but paisa vasool nahi hai.

Rooms shown in image are big and in reality it's very very small. Rear wash room and bed and all things are good. Stay was good and comfortable. Only thing room is too small.
