Worst experience at Hotel Elite, Chowk Bazar Road (Darjeeling). I booked for 2 nights via MakeMyTrip but stayed only one. My baby got a deep head injury, yet the staff charged even for tea. They took ₹3,000 extra while arranging a cab and gave poor support during emergency. No proper doctors, no help, only greed. Neither MakeMyTrip nor hotel refunded. Beautiful place, but Darjeeling has lost its humanity.

We had a truly lovely stay at Elite Hotel, Darjeeling. The room was amazing — comfortable, clean, and with everything we needed for a relaxing experience. A special thanks to Anirban da and Miraj, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Both of them are extremely helpful and kind, always ready with a smile and assistance whenever needed. Their hospitality added so much warmth to our trip. Overall, a delightful experience — we’d love to come back again

This is a very good hotel. And the memorable thing is that the Elite have two dog pets who are so nice and cute. I really fell in love with their pet dogs. Again I would like to visit them. Thanks Elite

Lots of scope of improvement in case of hospitality, it's more of guest house standard , location of the hotel is also such that ,it is not easily accessible narrow road. No lift facility.

The hotel was not clean and hygienic,and the staff was so impolite,there is bad odour in washroom,flush was not working properly. so many complaint are there ,food was not food, there was no buffet. we could had food dinner and breakfast included despite of that we didn't had.

a good stay with great view. very neat and clean room and bathroom. a cozy place polite mangement. location was good middle of city. Mall road 5 m walk. lots of eatery and shopping place once you come down. lovely stay overall

Elite is not a hotel. It's a 3rd and roof of commercial building with asbestos. it not doesn't have lift nor any restaurant. Unhygienic. the dustbin was not cleaned for 3 days. no bedsheets was changed daily. towels were un washed. In my package breakfast and meal was included. they only serve bread and tea. the hotel will pay to the restaurant and the restaurant will treat in the breakfast as they are serving free. please please don't book this property for more than per day

The hotel is good but it's far from the mall so it is difficult for old people. Although the hotel room is clean, there is no smell. Overall good

The stay at elite hotel was excellent. Room's were spacious & comfortable with good quality food. Also the hotel staffs were polite & helpful. But this hotel is 25 min walking distance from mall road. 3

Worst hotel with approach through dirty stairs. Bad rooms with smelly quilts and beddings. Foul smelling toilets. Breakfast with only 1 option in an unhygienic restaurant. Extra ordinary high room tariff. Nearest parking is about 1.5KM away.

Difficult finding the location, otherwise it's a good hotel with cozy rooms.Very helpfull and kind staff. Good food and service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommended hotel!!!

Location of hotel is good. Nehru road can easily reach by walk. It is located within market area itself. Check inn is easy. Front desk send porter on road for luggage. (hotel is upstairs about three floors). Famous bakery glen-nary and cafe keventer nearby but even food at hotel is also really good in quality and portion wise. German shepherd jerry and tyson are real attraction to kids

It's very unprofessional and unorganised hotel. They don't have clean towels, bedsheets and pillows. In 3 days they were not able to give me a clean towel also. Room and bathroom are very dirty and smell stinky. Photographs posted are old and fabricated. Hotel location is also very bad. Very poor experience

The service was not at all upto the mark. Kitchen was not ok to deliver food at room. Request them multiple times but they did not deliver food in the room. Bedding was not clean it was clumsy and shabby. Hotel view was not mountain view rather it was slum view. Completely different from what the picture showed.

Excellent service by mr anirban and staff. I would recommend the premium delux hotel which is on the top floor and avail room with mountain view. Affordable within budget must stay

Food standard is good and hygiene

No cleaning day wise, very slow service, after reaching no one was there to receive, not even taking the call, was very much disturbed. Quite expensive. Only the room is good.

Location not good. If you are looking for peaceful place. Hotel is in the main market Food ok ok Service room service and room is good.
