Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa

Our stay at elixir cliff beach resort and spa was nice and relaxing. Location is prime and exotic for those who haven't tried a beach resort. You have access to beach very nearby and the experience is worth it. Room allotted didn't seem to be as as fancy as expected. Furnitures were pretty basic in my opinion not very furnished. Room service was delayed could be shortage of staff. We had breakfast from there. It was tasty and wholesome. The swimming pool is big, we were planning on using it but it seemed dirty when viewed from the top in our room. So we didn't dip ourselves in it. All of the shortcomings may seem to be neutralised by the beautiful view, seemingly private beach and the fantastic location. Overall our stay was nice at the resort.

This resort is nicely located on the cliff. View is mesmerizing and sitting arrangements and overall aesthetics of sea overlooking garden is also beautiful. Inf-act, despite some not so good experiences with services and amenities, we are still inclined to give it four star because of location, aesthetic and proximity of private beach. Food does taste really good, but again that is dampened by service of staff. We ourselves had to approach to counter 4-5 times to enquirer about food menu and items. In night, when we asked for water bottles we were asked to come. Out of the room and fill it from campers placed outside. Common washrooms were not clean at all. Very pathetic experience wrt services. Not at all a five star facility.

Stay was good. But makemytrip charges was huge comparing to directly paying at Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa. For standard non sea view rooms, if we bool directly at Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa, they charge only 5500- (including tax) for 1 night stay. Makemytrip charged 8889- after showing lot of offers and discounts. This not only the case of non sea view room; all rooms following same pattern and price if we book via makemytrip. This is not the right way. It will lose your dignity and people like me faced these experiences will start booking directly calling at Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spas also advise friends and colleagues to follow the same.

Everything was good except the room quality. They seriously need some renovation of the rooms. The washroom lock barely works and also there is a big gap so its a see through washroom. Also, there is no extra lock from inside the room and anybody from outside having the master key can easily open the door. On the very next day the room cleaning guys open the door without knocking or ringing bell, so you can now understand how big this concern is and the Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa guys casually ignores all such risks.

Upon entering my Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa room, i was greeted by a mesmerizing sea view that instantly set a tranquil tone for my stay. The staff's warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch, making me feel genuinely welcome. I appreciated the Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa's commitment to sustainability, evident in its electric car charging facilities. The peaceful environment, coupled with the stunning sea backdrop, created a perfect retreat, offering both relaxation and a sense of eco-conscious luxury.

We stayed at the Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa for a night. The sea view from the Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa was mesmerising. The services offered are exceeded more than our expectations. Jino and aswathy helped us in arranging everything in very short notice of time which is highly appreciated. From rooms, pool, beach everything was so comfortable. Head chef aju treated us with a splendid food and all at reasonable price. Overall the stay at elixir is one of the best thing happened to us.

I found this property through make my trip and great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa. Everything about the Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and the room we got was not the one we booked. But then we got 50% off and the room we got was nice thank you elixir

The place is just a heaven on the cliff side. We had absolute privacy though out the vacation. The best part is the view from our room, we could see the sea to infinity. Our rooms and the Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa premises were super hygiene. The housekeeping staffs were super polite and helpful. The front desk staffs were super helpful in arranging us the cabs and the needful. Food is also very nice, we had an amazing set of breakfast.

The best part of it was the private beach and the path to it. The food was very good and fresh. The pool was also very nice and also the serenity and the staff were very cooperative and prompt.

Stay at elixir cliff beach resort was phenomenal. The view is the best, i feel. The service is also good.

My kid fell sick during our vacation and the staff helped with arranging the cab and we were able to take my kid to hospital on time. All the staffs were understanding and helpful

The property is located in about 5-10 minutes travel from the main area by motor vehicle. They didn't have a lot of food varieties but the quality was good. The rooms are very spacious and clean. But the disappointing thing is that the rooms facing the garden don't have a tv. The staff were polite and helpful. Only breakfast is buffet.

This is a new property at a beautiful location. The view to the beach from the cliff Elixir Cliff Beach Resort and Spa is just outstanding. Overall good. The chief shef chettan directly took the reivew from us.

Food and hygiene is good moreover superb ambience

From the first view everything was amazing. Polite staff, good food and nice rooms. It felt so peaceful and the passage that goes down the cliff to the private beach was a highlight. Resort is close to all the nice restaurants and happening places.

The room provided was excellent except the shower, made a complaint about it but couldn't fix it. Again when i raised my complaint the manager mr anu shifted me to another room on 2 nd day solving the issue. Staff at reception were very welcoming and supportive. Overall the the stay was very good

Me and my wife chose elixir cliff for a staycation celebrating our anniversary. Quality rooms, excellent amenities, breathtaking views, delicious food and courteous staff and prompt service

Best hospitality ever! they helped with birthday decor and did all the needful. The reception staff and the food staff went out of the way to get what i wanted ! will definitely recommend this stay. And i will come back here as well
