Elixir Hills Suites Resort & Spa

Stayed in elixir for 3 nights 4 days. Pros: 1. Staff behaviour is good 2. We reached the Elixir Hills Suites Resort & Spa almost 3 hours before our checkin time. They arranged the room for us and we check in before 2 hours. 3. Food quality is good. Room cleanliness is good 4. There is waterfalls inside the Elixir Hills Suites Resort & Spa premises. You can spend some good time there 5. As it is in located in mid of the forest, climate is mostly chill 6. Room service is good. Whenever you raise an issue, they will attend in next 5 to 10 minutes. Cons 1. If you are hiring cab for your travel inside munnar, they charge additional cost as it locates 13~14 kms from munnar town ( if you have own car not to worry about that) 2. There is no electricity during our check out day for more than 3 hours. We can't take our breakfast as very limited food available. 3. Frequent power switch off issue is there ( not sure it happens often in the location. 4. They need to replace switch sockets. Most of the two pin chargers are quite difficult to plug and use

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at elixir hills munnar resort for a two-day getaway, and it was truly a delightful experience. Tucked away in a stunning estate, the resort provided a perfect backdrop for our stay with our 3-year-old. The highlight for us was definitely the food. From delicious local dishes to international flavors, every meal was a culinary adventure. Plus, the resort's amenities catered perfectly to our little one. The pool play area and children's park kept them entertained for hours, allowing us parents to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was evident that the staff takes great care in maintaining the resort, ensuring that every corner was spotless and inviting. Overall, our stay at elixir hills was nothing short of wonderful. It's a place we'll definitely be returning to for future family vacations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities and delicious food.

Special mention about food , we stayed for 2 nights the complimentary food is so good with variety of items even the à la carte option for what we had for lunch was so delicious, quantity wise.Thanx to Jomon the chief chef.we stayed in 2 deluxe suite which have 2 bath and one living and bedroom and a balcony.there is private waterfall inside the premises the pathway is so natural and eco friendly.serivices was spot on.staffs special mention Ms.Vijaylaxmi she made sure we didnt miss anything.she confirmed everything.They even helped us in arranging a jeep safari to roam around the tourist spots in munnar.Thank you so much all. If you are in munnar, elixir is the place to be be at, nestled between dense forest away from the hustle bustle of the munnar town, elixir gives you exactly the feeling you are looking for. The owner certainly has put in a lot of efforts in planning & implementing a robust plan that delivers the elixir experience. Cherry on top of the icing is the staff, rahul - room division manager, vijayalakshmi - front office staff, jomon - head chef and all the team put in amazing efforts to make your stay a memorable one. If possible ensure that you give this place a visit, you wont be dissapointed.

The resort is situated around 10km from munnar town in middle of jungle. The resort property is very good and each space is considered to look beautiful. We were lucky that there was vijay lakshmi who understood us and handled every condition very well with smile. Cons - the restaurant part is not so much attractive and have not seen any cohesive environment there to serve the food. They dont offer any speciality or positive attitude to have buffet there as they only mean profit and loss but not does to serve the people. Their buffet is not worth and very costly.

Decent accomodation for the price.Located Just a km away from the munnar town, good to be away from the crowd. Its a multy storied building with limited parking space still possible to park in road side. Resturent was good. Staffs are freindly, Tv didn't work but its not a problem for us. Our is just one nightstay. On check out we had some issues with the invoice, added 500 for the exra bed. We didnt demand nor they provieded . We made a request at enquiery time regarding extrabed. After bit calls they reduced the extra bed charges we never used😂. Overall good.

Location is superb, about 13 odd kms from munnar town (pretty much all good properties are that distance away. Very serene and well maintained. The rooms are decently appointed though the room allocated for the first night was below par but was relocated to another room the very next day which had green views of the mountain. Overall a good property to stay for 2 to 3 days. Be prepared with a vehicle as all sightseeing points are a good 30 to 60 mins drive from the Elixir Hills Suites Resort & Spa. Recommend the property

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Location is good. Don't expect a mountain or tea garden or valley view like usual munnar vibe. But this resort is surrounded by trees and fresh air and chirping birds. But if you are planning to visit tourist attractions of munnar then this is not your choice. This is a place you can sit and relax. Food was good. Swimming pool, gym etc provided. But could have done a little more to entertain guests. Overall happy with the stay

Great property with jacuzzi and amazing views of the forest. Nature trail is amazing which leads to a waterfall right on the property. Buffet and hospitality is also nice. Highly recommend
