The hotel provides clean and nice arrangements. Very polite and professional staff. Perfect for family stay.

The location was perfect with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The staff was happy to help with any request and recommendations.

Stayed here for a night. The room and washroom was excellent, neat and clean. All the amenities were available and quality for things were good. The food was good and so was the restaurant's ambiance. Parking is open and all of the hustle, You have to be very careful because the market is very crowded especially during evening hours. If you are not from tricity reasons then you will have a hard time locating this property. The night manager was not able to guide properly, lacking basic etiquettes, not meet and greet. The rest of the staff was helpful.

Hotel rooms are very good. But AC is not upto the mark and every time power goes and comes, u have to get up and switch on AC again. it switches off automatically. it's very disturbing especially when u r sleeping at night

Excellent service, good and clean room provided to us with all amenities. Just breakfast was disappointment.
