Stay Away , better book some other hotel. Not safe at all. There is no proper reception and hotel manager is kind of person who dont wear any shirt . Its a local set up.

humare property mein visit kiye, Mene personally unko attend kiya. Mein room check karne gaya issi beech staff se call pe baat Kiya nd wapas chale gaye , mujhe samaj nahi aaya , 3 to 4 minutes mein Kya huwa, jab mujhe MMT se call aaya, unhone mujse kaha ki guest ko mene room nahi Diya ye complain guest ne kiya. 2nd guest ne ye bhi unse kaha ki refund kar do varna mein bad review dal dunga. Mein mr. se ye puchna chahta hu ki , I invested nearly 60 lakhs on 6 room, why ? I m here to give best service in budget rates . Mere 98% review is best property, best behaviour, best location, clean property nd best food. Jitne bhi review hai , unmese koi mera relative yaa friend nahi hai. All r tourist from different states .

Room me pine ka pani ki suvidha nahi thi. Me 3 din ruka magar hotel wala ek din ye puchne bhi n hi aya ki sir koi problem to n hi hai. Iska ac bhi nahi chail raha tha jab mene bola ki apka ac chala nahi to mujhe bolta hai apko ac chalana n hi ayaa. Wash room me nahane ke lye saboon bhi mere mangne par diya or mujhe bolta hi itne ye suvidha nahi milti wo to me apke lye arange kar raha hu. Complementary tea ke lye bhi mene bola usne apna marji se kuchh nahi bataya. Or in 3 din o me koi room service ke lye n hi ayaa.

Guest please read my reply . We have everything in room , King size bed nd mattress, Ac , TV , water geyser in washroom, handwash, towel, soap . Complimentary tea same day nahi dete, next day dete hai, but jinko same day chahiye vo guest ke demand pe hum provide karte hai , drinking water room ke pass hi rehta hai, guest apni suvidha anusaar lete hai . Aur kisi guest ko kuch aur chahiye hota hai tho vo call karke room service lete hai . Isse jyada aur kya hum de sakte hai? Ye aise guest hai jinko room 800 rs mein chahiye aur sare complimentary chahiye. Agar guest ko Ac onn karna nahi aaya tho isme humari kya mistake hai, inhone humse service mangi tho humne jake AC onn kar diya. 5 min mein room eakdum cool ho gaya. Nyway ramu tomar thanks for your review. Aap jaise guest se hume kafi kuch sikhne milta Hai.

Food we provide order ke hisab se, as I explained to every guest , dinner ke liye advance mein order dena hota hai, coz hum home food provide karte hai, restaurant ke jaisa hum vegitables boil karke nahi rakhta hai, masala semi cooked karke nahi rakhte hai. Actually I avoid to reply, but sm guest force me to reply. Ye aise guest hai check-out time se extra I gave 3hrs nd when I ask ki aur I can't adjust, u have to pay extra, usne ye review dala. Guest please itna samajiye please sab yaha business karne ke liye hai , We r not Here for social service, mere grand parents ya parents ne Tata ya reliance jaisa bank balance nahi rakkha hai. Please try to understand us, I cn favor u in sm limit. Nd about on-line payment it's available. Ye fake problem hai. Ye aise Guest hai, inko apna Ghar bhi de du rehne ke liye ye unme bhi problem nikalenge. I know I m giving good service now in 200 family only 3 family gave me negative reviews, so I cant avoid 197 family jo yaha se happly return gaye nd 5 guest r in regular touch with me in WhatsApp also. Santana ji if u want free mineral water u should book star category hotel, in 1400 rs what u expect ? If u want mineral water, u have to purchase. Normal drinking water we r providing. Everytime I ask guest directly u want normal filter drinking water or u want to purchase mineral water, u don't want to purchase, that's not my problem. Next time book star category hotel, 7000 to 12000 per day room there u may get mineral water

For rest of the guest Mr. Vijay talking about location, if I will say u guys may not believe, guys please check in Google, nd check how far from airport nd near to ell parasio how many hotels r there, Vijay if u don't like location next time increase ur budget nd book beach side hotel. It's not in 3rd floor , it's in 2nd floor, Vijay please go to school again and study maths again. This is my 1st season , everything in room is new, now in full season only 200 family cm , if Mr. Vijay don't like new constructed room then I m blank , I don't know what to say. . Vijay next time thoda pocket se jyada money nikalo nd book star hotel, 7000 to 12000 rs room per day ka, may be then u will like .

Overall it was good

Location is ok. But hotel is on 3rd floor and no lift available. Food not tasted as we are the only guest so chef may be on leave. Hygiene and safety is number one. This is tge best hotel in by entire trip in terms of gygiene.

It's not in 3rd floor, it's in 2nd floor. As per location, it's in main road, 1. 5 km from airport, 3km from harbour, silver spring hotel is also there in same location. 3 km from cellular jail, marina park, flag point, 2km from anthropogical museum. I personally give all the service.

It was very pleasant stay at ell parasio, port blair. Owner of the property himself welcomed us & provided welcome drink. Room were neat & clean. Property located on the main road so convenient to get auto/taxi/buses etc to visit any tourist place. Home made food served in breakfast. Owner provided vehicle for local tour. Overall my experience was awesome. Thanks for the great hospitality mr mohit. )
