Room is specious and cleaned. Staff is nice and food was good. The location of this hotel is really nice.

Most disgusting property I had to put myself through. It’s full of seepage, dirty and extremely poor service standards. Make my trip is equally responsible for this experience that I as a solo female traveller had to go through. The way it’s shown on the website it’s nothing like that at all. Never ever select Ella hotel

We are really disappointed with our stay. The room and washrooms were not clean at all, and there was no staff available to receive or assist us during check-in. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and cleanliness — especially considering that there are far better hotels in this area for the same rate. Kindly take this feedback seriously and improve your housekeeping and guest service standards.

Excellent stay at hotel. Good ambiance and nice food. The hotel staff Nityusha was really good in handling the guest during checkout.

It was good. Ms. Nityusha was helpful. The stay was comfortable and Staffs are helpful checkout process was smooth

After paying for stay they gave us small room. When I asked they told they have no rooms available but they have rooms how it’s possible all are occupied. Poor maintained hotel. Room was not clean and wine bottles was there in the cup board. They even don’t know that empathy whiskey bottle are there in cup board. Their behavior is not good. It’s not really worth paying for the stay.
