Elphinstone Inn

Elphinstone inn turned out to be more than what we had expected! neat & clean rooms, with a beautiful scenic view of the himalayas, surrounded by greenery, you will wake up to the call of free birds and mesmerizing sound of dew drops on your roof. As the clouds drift through your balcony, you would be forced to extend your stay here for as long as it would be seemingly possible. The stay here becomes a part of one's memory with the smiling host krishna kumar kk and the helpful sonu who are always ready to assist you in fulfilling your experience. Overall, it was a very peaceful stay and highly recommended property around the lamgara area of kumaon hills. *our recommendations for elphinstone inn management* (1) the approach road leading to elphinstone inn though may require additional attention so that your experience during the rainy season doesn't falter. (2) an addition of some pets (dogs specially) would certainly add up to kids excitement, which may be looked into by the management. (3) a room for the drivers would also be beneficial especially from the perspective of spreading word of mouth publicity through taxi drivers who bring their guests to the property.

During my stay at elphinstone inn, i was delighted to find my room both spacious and well-appointed. The generous space allowed for comfortable movement, and the tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to my experience. Moreover, the staff was incredibly generous and attentive, making me feel right at home. However, it was the breathtaking view from my window that truly stole the show. Gazing out, i was greeted by a picturesque landscape that seemed to stretch endlessly, with rolling hills and lush greenery as far as the eye could see. Each morning, i awoke to the soothing sight of nature's beauty, which made my stay at elphinstone inn truly unforgettable.

Soon as we arrived at the property, it was a breathtaking view that mesmerized me. Service at the property was excellent. Hotel manager called me up prior to our schedule arrival. We felt at home during our entire stay. The nearby sights are amazing including couple of ancient temples and shrines. I can't wait to book a trip to jalan again!

We took luxury rooms, the view was breathtaking and the location is very quiet and beautiful to look around. Food is average.

Elphiston inn is nestled by the pine forest, the rooms are spacious and good. The staff is helpful

Accomodation & hospitality wise it is the best however during my 3 days stay i paid 4000 for food for just food which could have better in terms of quantity. The manager is real nice person and the caretaker is good too. There is no food join nearby thus you only have to order in Elphinstone Inn.

Overall really great place to stay in jalna. Staff is cooperative and friendly. We did face problem with hot water but that is due to rain in that city. Fireplace is chargeable. I rate 4 out of 5 as staff is really great.
