Good staff and clean place to stay

My second stay in this property. One of the highlights of this stay is suite type room which has small living area with sofa cum bed. It has small kitchenete although no appliances like coffee maker. TV is available in both living and bedroom. But, Android TV is bit outdated with no provision to install update apps. Bedroom is spacious, but bathroom seems to be not regularly cleaned, but still clean enough to use. Covered Car parking is good in basement but watch out for headroom height. SUV or hatchback cars with top storage packed would not be able to enter. Restaurant is nearby, next to property which is convenient. Overall, good place to stay.

We stayed for nearly a week at this serviced apartment. While the staff were courteous and the rooms were spacious, the overall experience was mixed. The towels provided were worn and tattered, and the bathroom was not well maintained, with broken fixtures and cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, we also encountered a dead lizard in the bathroom, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the air conditioning was frequently turned off by the staff without notice, requiring us to request that it be turned on. Location is on main road which is convenient, there is a restaurant right next for breakfast and Dominos is in the building.

1. The room's sofa and towel were very dirty like they had some wet marks on them 2. The booking included morning breakfast for the 2 days stay but on arrival at the hotel I found out that there was NO HOTEL RESTAURANT at all this is nothing but a total SCAM and when I asked the receptionist he had NO IDEA about it and didn't pay further attention to this, VERY DISAPPOINTING! 3. In the middle of the night the RECEPTIONIST came into MY ROOM using his master key or whatever and I was awake so i shouted and asked him what he was doing and he simply said sorry and went away without any explanation. VERY UNSAFE ! 4. There is NO ROOM SERVICE concept at all even the intercom was broken 5. I WANT A REFUND

the phone was not working from the room to connect the receptionist, though my plan was breakfast add no break fast served washroom shower tap came out more then that vv poor customer care of make my trip

its my honest review... am a business man regularly traveling across the country and outside also.. am very concern about the stay and hotel so iam always check reviews of hotels before conformation and detailed checking of hotel amenities and fecility... this apartment is amazing 1-very spacious for a family, there is a convertible sofa bed for kids or extra person's, minimum 4 members can easly stay 2- Fast Service from reception and staff 3- best suggession for stay more than 3 days 4- fast internet 5- domino's pizza is in first floor 6- clean and neat room very very very good suggestion ❤️

Had a great experience. Loved everything about the place except for it’s noisy in the night because of traffic on ring road

The staff is very nice and friendly. However , I saw small cockroaches in the batchroom. Also,he coffee cups were dirty and the overall room can do with better maintenance. Also,fora long stay of more than 7 days there is insufficient storage space and cloth hangers to store clothes.location is pretty decent ,from. A connectivity standpoint.

I liked my stay at elysees. The check-in staff was very helpful and professional. The room was clean, spacious, equipped and comfortable. As a solo traveler, i felt safe.

Hotels room are very nice and clean and spacious, location wise pies university is near “waking distance” for food hotel does not provide food but there are 3 near by restaurant were food is very nice and worth of money

I recommend this property. A living room with a kitchenette on one side and crockery is clean. Tv in bedroom as well as living room. The sofa bed is good if a group of four or five wants to stay.
