terrible. They charged per night for two rooms that had no facilities, and when I wrote mail to them, they didn’t respond at all.

Lack of Basic amenities

Lack of basic amenities-- 1) Hot water was not available & when asked they started the same, but to our suprised it was shut off again around 12am. 2) Parking space is limited. 3) No hair dryer 4) Rooms are not proper maintained, same can be seen. 5) Balcony table was dusty.. we checked in @ around 9.30 pm & still they didnt get time to clean it properly. We cleaned with wet tissue paper. As we were tired of complaining. 6) bathroom drain was not working & water was getting stucked. Cleaned & repaired after our complain. 7) in wahroom used soaps were kept of previous guests.. it was again removed @ our complain. 8) Pillow covers were not cleaned properly. May be not replaced after last guest checkout. And we paid more than 5k for all above problems.. Never gonna visit again.. At same price you will get much better hotels in Lonavla. We booked it just because it was handled by Sarovar portico earlier & they are known for their hospitality . But it seems new management is lacking in hospitality & service.

I had a pleasant stay. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all amenities. Housekeeping maintained excellent hygiene throughout my stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to major attractions yet peaceful inside. Worst stay ever... Got Room No. -204, as booked for Twin bed, but given queen size bed for kid along & completely non maintained property. Doors can't be properly closed & wood got dis-aligned. Restaurant is full of cockroaches & flys around. No proper parking place.
