Elysium Garden

Stay was good. I had booked for executive room for 3 days with mountain view balcony. I had checked in late and they gave a room which had no balcony and was quite small. I later requested the staff and informed them about room, they changed my room. For those who want to stay close to munnar, the view is not that great. There are other resorts which are at scenic location but they charge exorbitant and neither they provide dinner complimentary. I had my own vehicle so moving around was no problem and they provided comlimentary breakfast and dinner/ lunch which was suffiient for me as me and my did sight seeing all day later in evening had dinner in the Elysium Garden. Food standard was good. Overall above average stay but not excellent. But this what you get for amount i had paid.

1)Elysium Garden stay was comfortable 2) staffs were courtesy enough to resolve our queries and any request 3) breakfast was just ok but could be improved. But all a cart menu items were tasted good and price was reasonable. 5 star for this 4) Elysium Garden location is really good and at the center of all popular tourist places. 5) only need to make sure pictures of Elysium Garden rooms are matching to actual rooms. For example some of the cottage room pictures shown in mmt website does not match to actual rooms. Cottage price was high but not so great as they are on ground floor just in front of parking so no privacy. Specially cottage c1. 6) cleanliness of Elysium Garden was good.

Elysium garden is located in center munnar and places were comparatively near in both directions. Good view of valley from balconies in all directions. Staff was courteous. They have restaurant too which had good food. As our bus was at 6 pm and checkout at 12 in that case also they had enough space for waiting as well. We went in our taxi on checkout day with luggage and came back for lunch in elysium and waited there before reaching out in taxi to bus stand. Decent parking space. No additional amenities for children though.

Very good stay in munnar. The resort is located nearby the city centre and easy accessible to the sight seeing places. The services are good but expected some more faster. The food taste is good but very limited options. Other amenities and services are good. Parking is a challenge being a limited space and you have inform the security about your outgoing plan to park the vehicle accordingly. For us, the security staff is very supportive. Overall it is pleasant stay.

Good Staff response is really good. Rooms with Balcony is good Location excellent easy to locate. Decent breakfast. Cleanliness is good. Improvement required Allocated rooms without balcony for the price of balcony rooms. Every room tv sound will disturb the next room person, if someone walks in the upper floor you will be disturbed for sure. Alacarte too expensive. Hot water only morning 4 hours and evening 4 hours is really pathetic for the price we are paying.

The Elysium Garden is very nice with good location and view. The food is also good. But i felt a little by the reception staff at the beginning as they gave us some dirty room instead of the cottage we had booked. It was only after a complaint that they gave us the other room. This amounts to cheating so be careful. The other staff such as the security men, the gardener were good though. After the initial problem all was smooth

Beautiful resort. With beautiful rooms with a view. Little drawback is. It is a bit far from main city. Nd we don't get any transport to go there. We have go by walk. But resort and its service was good. If talk about food, so i would say it's not that upto the mark. Bf was ok ok. Nd they take so much tym to deliver your food in room. Rest was fine. One should definitely go their if they want some peace and beauty around them

I was in this Elysium Garden for three night with my family. We found the premises of very good quality. It's id-dally located just about 2 km from munnar town on an elevated plane giving us a good view of the scenic surroundings. Very courteous and helpful staff. The wifi is good and fast. The Elysium Garden will arrange for cab or autorickshaw for going around.

Great stay, good foods, staffs are also good. Heard some whitsling sound at night

A pleasant stay with Elysium. Food is good 🌟 and the location of the property is main town of munnar. Easy to reach the Elysium Garden.

Best view of the valley. Room service and other amenities were good. The staff was helpful and helped us to hire a local taxi. Variety of food available and quality was above average.

Rooms were very clean, well maintained. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty and found it to be very hygiene.

The ambience and the 🌺🌻🌹🌷 were mesmerizing

Beautiful property. Amazing hill and cloud view from the balcony. Complimentary welcome drink was included in our booking however it was not provided even after informing the front desk. The only negative thing about the stay. Otherwise the food was great, we ordered chinese mostly.

nice clean rooms, close proximity to market and good food

the food is nice and the ambience of restaurant is great. all the staff are courteous and friendly. we enjoyed our stay here, the mountain facing balcony is a wonderful addition. resort is cool for long stays . food is healthy , located very close to city centre.

Everything is up to the mark except the quantity of the food. Hotel provided all the services like transportation, sight seeing at our own cost. And staff behavior is good.

It was good Elysium Garden overall. Hot water wasn't available 24/7 though only during some hours in the morning and evening. Breakfast was satisfactory but could use more options. Staff were courteous.
