dirty place. tiles are Brocken. toilet horrible. very conjested. however pricing very expensive. rooms is having bad smell. no hot water facility for bathing.

I got very bad experience from the property there is no hot water provided at the hill station resort

Nice location and good food, but rooms and bathrooms are very bad condition.house keeping is very bad.

Me, my wife and my 4 years old son stayed in the wooden hut in emerald wild west resort. The forset ambience was great. But the property is poorly maintained, especially the hut. There was no room service at all. The room was shabby. No bath and brushing kits were provided. Its not worth for 5000 rs. Really overpriced. The staffs were not bothered about the guests at all. U can stay for the ambience. But the service and hospitality is horrible. Food is also not great

This was my last booking with make my trip absolutely very bad accomodation

Manager was very sweet but chef was very rude as if he is paying from his pocket we didn't had any complimentary breakfast no proper timing is set, and place of the picture n reality is fully different, not so good experience. Bad

I booked rooms for 2 days on 17th and 18th of may 2018 after paying full amount through make my trip at Emeralds wild west resorts muthanga Wayanad. My booking ID was NH2003280014806 and NH7003480019158. But when we reached hotel, manager there told they have cancelled their contract with all online booking sites and denied our stay. They were very rude to us. Customer service of make my trip was not attending our call. Finally I got contact number of one of the make my trip staff Mr Abhilash and assured us that we will get the refund. I used to rely a lot on online booking sites for hotel bookings this is the first time I get this sort of experience. It ruined our whole trip mood and we had to return back cancel king our trip . This resort is near to muthanga sanctuary. We sighted a elephant while we are on the way to resort. Went to Emarald western ghats with very high expectations. For the first glimpse, I was happy for choosing. But when I enter to room, room was not at all clean. Cigar ash on bed, rats running all over room. Food was OK. Vinod mathew if am not wrong is the manager. He is friendly and supportive by words but will loot your pocket. Breakfast was a joke. Only Idly, bread and boiled egg. I have asked for a omelet and they charged 40 for that. I see a lot of animals roaming freely in the resort and near rooms ( Monkeys are also animals. Right? ).

Room was average and not worth the money with flying cockroaches, rats and spiders. The experience was extremely pathetic, primarily due to the behavior of the staff and especially manager vinu thomas. The manager Vinu behaved very badly with family members, and kept asking our check out time from the time we had checked in. He also went onto question us about why we paid less on make my trip compare to the official site.

Worst resort ever I stayed. All the facilities they are mentioned is not there or under maintenance. After getting offer also it's not worth. For this price can get far better resorts in Wayanad. I don't know why makemytrip listed this resort with this price. Please don't choose this resort anyone.

From the time we entered. we figured out each and every facility mentioned in description was fake. Rooms were completely dirty, sheets was not changed, full of insects, washroom was intolerably dirty. breakfast buffet had just one item, had to complain 3-4 times to get it bit cleaned. The staff was always complaining the website guys and Makemytrip, saying they haven't seen the property. Every customer enter there is complaining about all these and they are asking us to complain so that the management might improve the facility. It's looting at a public place, took hectic amount for the stay and facilities are horrible. Please stay away from this place. Don't know why Makemytrip.com is supporting these kind of looting. Our family vacation was totally spoiled and had to return early in the morning.
