Room service is also better of embassy stay hotel

Very bad rooms not maintained in well manner, there was fault in very single room

1. I booked another hotel. There was not hotel booking on my name

Property doesn't exist at location. Property owners not available till 1pm to attend call regarding property

The location of the hotel shown in the mmt listing is not the same as the actual one. If you see other reviews, they have also mentioned about the same. Every one of them including me face inconvenience in reaching their mahipalpur location. Secondly, when i reached there, the beds and the bathroom were very dirty. The bedsheets had not been changed. There were hair strands stuck to the pillow and the bedsheets. The latter had stains of god knows what. The bathroom was not clean. Even the water mug was a broken one. Television network cable connector wasn't in the right shape and other issues were present.

When i went there they asked payment not accepted. You need to pay all amount cash. Again. One time already paid. Again this guy calling and given different address. Which is 10 km away. Dont pay amount. This guy telling owner is nepal, go and ask nepal. Rude behavior

I booked hotel embassy stay because it is near to us embassy but i received a message on whatsap from hotel that this is location. I went to the same and found it was hotel laxmi palace that was in mahipalpur 12 km from us embassy. Disappointed by that.

The stay i booked on the day of jan 2 to 3, the hotel only is not there at the location, now say about what i should give rating, you need to give compensation for that because of the inconvenience of that horrible incident.

The location is different from the app to the original location of the hotel.

Last min hotel changed due to no electricity. Other hotel too far

I have visited twice this place. Reasonable price and good experience one time due to some issue in mmt my payment got stuck-ed and it was difficult to follow up with customer support. But property owner understood the problem and refunded whole amount. Considering the property was non refundable.

Wrong location the location is 12 km away from the us embass

They sent me to a different location than what i had booked the hotel i booked was in motibagh they called me and sent me a location for mahipalpur service was ok though

I stayed at laxmi hotel, there u can ask for ankush he is friendly nature, he dropped me at vac nd ca without taking single rupee from me, many said it's a lucky hotel to stay, don't expect luxury treatment with this cheap price, ask for ankush he will take care of every thing

Good and neat. But staff didn't respond much. Near to airport. Satisfied with the money spent.

We have booked the stay in one location and in the morning they said it is shifted some where else due to some issue which is not a favorable place
