      Serene location with good customer service. The rooms are beautiful (like five star accommodation) and the food is good. It can be cold up here so a heater is provided in the room as well as a kettle and selection of teas and coffee. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of ooty then we highly recommend a night in this beautiful space. Relax, be in nature and look at the stars. If you are a family, i think booking both rooms would be a lovely treat.

      Wonderful. Everything was perfect. The view, decor, cleanliness. It had the ingridients of the experience of a home stay and the service level of a Emerald by NatureResorts. I am glad i included emerald in the itinerary. Experience of a lifetime if you put nature and seclusion as priority over visiting touristy places.

      This location is not greenish as in the pictures, this time it was not. Otherwise the stay was very good. Hospitality and the food served were very good. Property looks fentastic. There are some place besides the house which can be of some use for kids to play. All good!

      Last year we stayed at teanest and had a great time. So we chose emerald with same expectations and they nailed it. Wonderful experience with tasty food. I highly recommend this property for those who travel with kids and family. Hope to visit soon.
