Hi Good evening...The hotel is in good location and nearby to city centre...However, the service and upkeep of hotel is very average with respect to the price charged by the hotel...They need to keep rooms in good and tidy state..Prior occupancy, they have not kept any tea, coffee items.. The food and Location is good Amenities, upkeep and services needs upliftment

There is no lift facility. Air conditioning not working. Breakfast service not as per satisfaction. Location was good but no pick up n drop service available. Rooms are not cleaned. Not satisfied with service

The rooms in this property were quite small, and i was expecting better cleanliness considering the price.

The experience was average. The rooms were not upto super deluxe standard. It was as good as deluxe room. The food was good. Had dinner as well as breakfast. The taste was good.

The hotel is not worth the charges it takes. No elevator is available. Don't go with the fancy details mentioned in the room description. It was mentioned as a garden view but there is no garden in the hotel. Premium room charges are almost double which has just one additional bed and nothing extra. Also, no refrigerator is there in the room. Too costly for the amenities.

I would first like to congratulate the make my trip team. You are awesome in your customer service. My respect for your organisation has increased hundred fold. I never thought we could have such a great customer service in india. My respect for all you. I had booked a hotel which at the last moment cancel-led my booking and sold the room at a higher price. When i brought this to your teams notice i got a call from you customer care team and in that call of 20 minutes they gave me three options and once i selected booked the one i chose and gave the booking confirmation by mail. It was an awesome experience. Thank you. Hotel dreamland also has fantastic service. I had gone for a marathon and needed to leave at 2:00 am for the starting point and they not only helped me arrange for vehicle but also made sure that i reached on time. Thank you.

Location close to lonavala station and food is also good i m enjoy very well

Room was not cleaned properly. Bed sheet & blanket both were dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned. Very low quality hotel. Not recommended for stay at all.

Rates are on higher side compared to quality.

Food was good rooms are ok. Staff is very helpful

Cleanness was not as per expected. And for 4 people i. E. 2 adults and 2 kids room was very small

Property location is nice and roadside near to market.

I had been there with my boyfriend, my two friends staying nearby came to visit us. It was courtesy meeting. They came. To our room we were having good time as we met after 4months. We all were chatting. The hotel called us and informed that guest will be charged extra and all. I have been to many places such thing we have never faced. It was very rude and unfriendly behaviour. I just didn't liked it. Even the food was tasteless.

location near to market, 1. toilets need to be cleaned 2. electric kettle should be provided with tea/coffee bags 3. mattress quality should be improved

Close to lonavala station. 10mins walking. Easy acces. Good service.
