Emerald Suites

Recently had the pleasure of staying at emerald suites, which well exceeded my expectations. The service was great from the minute i arrived. The staff greeted me kindly and made sure the check-in procedure went well. The accommodation was big, clean, and well equipped with modern comforts such as a comfy bed and a generous bathroom stocked with high-end products. I really enjoyed the attention to detail, which included a nice reading corner and thoughtful details like complementary bottled water. The Emerald Suites's location was ideal, giving guests convenient access to nearby activities, restaurants, and public transportation. I really appreciated the on-site restaurant, which had a fantastic breakfast buffet. Overall, my time at emerald suites was really pleasurable.

Firstly I chose this Emerald Suites on the basis of good ratings and reviews only but as I arrived there and stayed there, I got the reasons for the rating. The Emerald Suites was excellent on this price and properly maintained and beautiful. I didn't even faced any type of issue between the duration of check in and check out

The room was good. Staff was very polite as well. The cleanliness and the amenities of the room was also really good. However, reducing 1 rating because of the horrible condition of roads leading to the Emerald Suites. It is not the Emerald Suites's fault, however, it just hampers the overall experience.

It was very nice staying there. Good hospitality and kind workers. And the price of food was also budget friendly. Over all nice room and nice environment. I'll choose it again over any Emerald Suites in kp. It was a good experience.

Instead of saying this as Emerald Suites, it's like a shared accommodation in an apartment. It's inside of main road in a colony. Food is very bad

Service was excellent. Polite staff. Had some concerns regarding cleanliness of bedsheets. Nevertheless, room was really clean. Expected a bathroom with dedicated shower space in this price range (1, 800. Food was delicious.
