Needs some improvements considering the Brand level and Star Rating

Marriot, considering the brand level it is at, is no doubt great in their services. I faced no issue during my stay. However, I have noticed a few points that they can improve upon: 1. Toiletries were basic, like any other good hotel. Some lavish items, good brands, a bit of pampering will go a long way. 2. Complementary snacks and icecream were mentioned while booking, but timing was not mentioned, creating confusion. 3. Checking in took a lot of time, waiting lobby was almost full to sit and wait, creating a tiring experience in the start.

I stayed for one night with my family and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast spread was great and the staff Simron was exceptionally very helpful to us. I would recommend my friends and relatives to stay in future and I will also be surely staying whenever I get down to Sila from Gangtok.

Had a wonderful stay.... Very clean... But now food must be changed eating same items every time when we stay is kind of boring... But Semron one of the staff in dinning room bet us farewell which was wonderful... It was first time after ths many times we stayed in courtyard it's was first time someone made us feel especial 🙏🙏🙏

Had a comfortable, peaceful and pleasant stay. Courteous staff. Menu for Breakfast and dinner buffet were sumptous and exceptional. Live music with both English and hindi songs was an additional treat.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Siliguri. From the moment I arrived, the team set a high standard for hospitality that never wavered. The front desk staff greeted us with genuine warmth, assisted me with a quick check-in, and offered a refreshing welcome drink. Breakfast at The Siliguri Kitchen was a highlight. The buffet had a rich spread — fresh fruits, continental options, and a live station for dosas and eggs and desserts were to die for. What impressed me most was how attentive the restaurant staff were. Chef Subhamoy’s behaviour was truly commendable - polite, humble and genuinely caring towards every guest. He took the time to greet us personally, patiently listened to our preferences, and made us feel at home. They even arranged a lovely farewell at the restaurant. This was probably my third stay here and I’m looking forward to visit again and again.

Everything was as expected of Five Star Hotels. But continental breakfast at the breakfast spread was not up to the mark but then also it was o.k. But the place which need more attention is the swimmingpool. We had to wait for very longtime to get towel. At one occasion my child just walked up to the room without cleaning herself.
