Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze

Rooms are super spacious approx 500 + sq ft with one extra sofa cum bed to accommodate kids - rooms were near & clean and provide excellent mountain view from every balcony. Food we ordered was amazing in taste and not so expensive - found out reasonable rates on the menu - also the quality is also enough. Amenities like swimming pool, cycling, gym, spa, zipline, play station, pool table, tt tables are good to spend time and enjoy. Spa is also very relaxing & the team there ensure proper care - also reasonable rates otherwise most Cygnett Resort Mountain Breezes charges very high for all their spa treatments buffet breakfast & dinner was good - good variety of food and good taste moreover the whole staff is so helpful & polite - they are always ready to go extra mile to make your stay comfortable location is around 9 kms from nainital mall road - around 45 mins - which is fine if you want to relax and enjoy nature and avoid city hustles - can take a day tour of mall road & nearby spots of nainital bar is also good - bartender ensure my drink is perfect and he suggested me different options - music was pretty soothing

The location of the property is great. Totally calm and serene surroundings. Tucked away far from the main road and at a good height from the road. Though it's 20kms short of nainital but a perfect place from where you can explore the bful hill town. Cause nainital in itself has got parking issues perse and was very crowded so staying out of town made perfect sense. The property is very well maintained and the suites were spacious and very tastefully done. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would like to put in a special word of appreciation for mr amit at the pavilion restaurant. He was very courteous and took extremely good care of our needs as and when we went to have a meal. He made great recommendations about the dishes and the quantity and quality of the food was top notch and delicious. Overall had a lovely experience at the property and would definitely stay here only whenever i visit nainital again.

Location - Good. Very Green. last one km can be tricky for many drivers. Could be hot in summers as located 17 km before Nainital at a height of approx 1150 meters as compared to 2000 m of Nainital. Property - Very nice rooms. Great balconies and views. Nicely maintained. Staff Behaviour - Super excellent. This was the best thing of the entire stay. Promptness in Service was above par. Excellent 👏. Food : Food was quite good, but EXORBITANTLY costly. Costlier than a 5 star. you actually feel cheated as it gives you feeling that they know you can't go anywhere out and have to order here only. So charge any thing. this was a turn down of the entire stay. Over all - Decent Stay. But second time visit, looks difficult.

Resort is quite good as per its location on mountains. To and fro from this resort is easier with your own car or otherwise the cab charges are quite high. The buffet served by Mr. Laxman Singh and his team was very good. They made sure that we were served the food as per our taste. I would like to suggest the Resort owner that dryer is something very cheaply available, kindly make sure it's availability in every room. Every now n then your guys keep coming asking for dryer back. And most of all the bathrooms are not finished in nature. They seem very crude and doesn't give a feeling of resort quality. kindly get them improved. Rest the stay was all Hale and happy ❤️

Good Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze with a good view and highly cooperative staff. The restaurant in charge mr laxman is also a very cordial and jovial person. The housekeeping staff was also very responsible and always ready to help. Hotel needs to look into geyser functioning at regular intervals as on and off hot water is not hot but generally lukewarmtravel desk was also very efficient in managing vehicles, but needs to keep a strict vigil on certain drivers who try to be the blacksheep in an otherwise excellent workforceoverall, a good experience.

The place was very nice, absolutely ravishing but unfortunately the thing that turned us down that when we went for breakfast, the housekeeping staff entered into our room without our presence. Irrespective of fact one should not enter into guest room without taking our permission. There are our personal belongings which can be private due to this reason i am giving this Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze 1 star. A very strong feedback needs to be provided to the staff regarding. Its about invading someone’s privacy and not maintaining decorum of privacy.

Planned a trip to nainital and found this place to stay no doubt the place did justice to the choice made, the stay was amazing and definitely beyond our expectations. The staff was super friendly and helping. View from the resort was soothing. Rooms very clean and everything was hygienic. The best part about the resort was there car parking service just outside your room which was something i experienced for the first time and i surely think it was a great facility provided by the resort.

Stayed here for 3 days in our 1st anniversary. Property location was very nice; peaceful n calm with great views. Staff behavior- excellent specially laxman n ishwar in restaurant and miss lat a at front desk. They decorated our room soo beautifully. Surprised with towel work and balloons that they put in our room, even got a cake - simply amazing. Though the road to Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze needs expert to drive. Overall nice and pleasant stay.

I stayed with my family. Resort is in a good location away from crowded-areas, nice food and hospitality overall.

We had booked a package of 2nights at cygnett. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was delicious. The overall service was good. The view from rooms was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Service is good, location is also good

It was best stay, property is perfect in stay, food, staff, cleanliness. I would highly recommend to stay here it’s around 18km far from nainital but it’s best place to spend time with family and friends. Love this place.

Cygnett resort is situated on a little high altitude which gives a wonderful view from all the rooms. The rooms were very clean and hygenic. It was really a memorable stay for our family.
