Good location, center of the city. But cleanliness of the complex & restaurant are not upto the mark. Staff of the hotel is nice & co-operative.

Room are near and tidy, as well as room service . Scope of slight improvement in food options and service

Hotel location is on main road, lift condition is bad as its common for all building, room condition was very critical full of seepage and damp ness, under bad was full of dust, bed linen was stained have changed it by housekeeping, used soap was found in arrival room

First of all they charged us more than the price of the original amount of hotel..after then we had booked online..but the room was very sheady..not a distant room..a/c not working properly.and the lock of the room was not properly working..the room's window was sharing window of the store room..so over all my experience is poor..thank you for asking 😊

the room was not clean. The washroom and towels were very dirty. TV was not working. Food was under quality. recommended for not to choose.
