Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule

I stayed here for a friday-sat-sunday. Here are the pros and cons- pros- clean swimming pool - the staff ensure that the pool is cleaned everyday clean rooms - the room was spotless, they even do dusting and sanitizing without you even mentioning, very huge property radius- plenty of area to swim, walk, play cricket decent size gym - it has enough space to finish stretching and do your workout restaurant food portion quantity is good ganpatipule temple is 8 min drive away cons- 1. For some reason the gym has always been locked whenever i wanted to go, i had to walk all the way to reception and ask them to unlock it. 2. The gym has that grease smell because of the equipment and weights 3. Pool starts a bit late, swimming pool timings are after 9 am. 4. The restaurant does not issue new bills if the room number is entered wrong. They simply go back to the restaurant and come back will the same bill hoping you wouldn't notice again. 5. Poor network reception, you have to rely on their wifi for calls and messages. Wifi is limited to the lobby and your single room only and not entire property. Overall good place for a family vacation. Kids can enjoy in pool and can play cricket in the evening. . Good place for family to relax and enjoy

Overall the experience was awesome just with one small glitch when we reached the room AC was not working which the Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule was prompt in changing rooms. The helpline was absolutely useless who asked me to pass on the phone to reception while I was in my room because she could not connect which I felt was absolutely pathetic. Hygiene- The Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule is very clean but had to remind them again and again to clean the room the next day. This could be because they were completely booked. Food- Food was awesome and served very well. A small suggestion would be to include more of local delicacies since many travel to have local food. Amenities- Brilliant amenities around the resort and well maintained. Staff- Staff here are great and people who have a lot of patience. They would always step in to help u and are highly courteous. Since the booking probably was overloaded this weekend they were pretty caught up but excellent staff.

I recently stayed at green-leaf the resort & spa, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property itself is excellent, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Upon arrival, we were promised welcome drinks, but unfortunately, my family didn't receive any, while a family who arrived just two minutes after us did. This was a small letdown, especially for a 4-star property. Additionally, valet service was unavailable, which was unexpected for a property of this caliber. We checked in at 2 pm and went straight for lunch at the restaurant. While the food was good, it took a considerable amount of time to arrive at our table, indicating the restaurant might have been understaffed. On a positive note, the spa services were excellent and helped make the stay more relaxing. Despite a few minor issues, i would still recommend green-leaf for its overall comfort and amenities.

1) Beautiful place with all amenities including swimming pool and indoor outdoor playing area . 2) Awesome and delicious food. But you need order atleast 45 mins before because they are quite slow in delivering the food to yur room. Go for complimentary breakfast as they arrange a breakfast buffet with a mix of veg and non veg dishes including fruits and juices and itz yummy. Complimentary lunch and dinner packages are available as well . 3) Away from the beach (1. 5 But still a wonderful location to stay. We stayed for 2 days and we enjoyed every minute of our stay . 4) Staff is polite and well behaved . 5) Executive as well as club rooms are same. Only difference is club rooms are on the first floor providing a partial valley view. We stayed in the club room . Overall a great experience. I would surely visit this place again if I get a chance. A 5/5 for green leaf resort.

My stay at green-leaf resort was an absolute delight! from the moment i arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist, akshada, went above and beyond to ensure i had a fantastic experience. The warm welcome, combined with the superb service throughout my stay, made me feel truly valued as a guest. Ganapatipule is nice place, beautiful surrounding. Hotel atmosphere is peaceful, great staff. Most friendly and helpfulstaff, lovely and great first impression of Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule. Everything about the Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule was good. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped with tv fridge ac & wifi. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was overall good experience during our stay at green-leaf Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule. Rooms were clean and neat with good furniture and amenities. Good food quality. Special thanks for allowing late checkout at 1. 30 in same cost though the checkout time was 10. 00 a. M. It was really really very helpful. I will definitely recommend this Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule. Cancellation policy is very flexible. That's the main reason for booking this Greenleaf The Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule. Room was excellent. Complete package of what everything one can ask for. Konkan spice was a little disappointing for us who wanted to have good Malwani food. Pool was good. Activity area for indoor games was also good. Breakfast spread could have been more but it was good enough still. I would highly recommend visiting only this resort in Ganpatipule. It is close to the temple and beach. Would recommend visiting by car as it is convenient to go to Jaigad side as well as Ratnagiri. Value 4 money.

Accommodation was very good. Food at the restaurant was also tasty. Facilities like games for children were very well arranged. Though not on the beach, this is closer to it and 5 mins drive to beach and other attractions
