small room, unhygienic room and bedsheets and blankets. these are not cleaned. The bathroom is terrible. I don't recommend

The place wasn't hygienic , the bathroom was too dirty & it smelled, the bed was too small and there were cockroaches in the room.

Hotel reception staff was not friendly and was arguing everytime

Overall, a good stay. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. However, the price felt slightly high—would be great if it were more budget-friendly.

I recently stayed at hotel aastha palace rourkela and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience, especially considering the cost of rs. 2239 per night. 1. Upon check-in, i was not provided with room keys initially. After some discussion with the staff, they eventually gave them to me, but this delay was quite frustrating. 2. The telephone in the room was not working initially. It took some time before it was repaired, which was inconvenient as i needed to make several calls. 3. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable, especially in the summer heat. 4. To top it off, the washroom amenities were not provided, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. Overall, i found my stay at hotel aastha palace to be not worth the money. The service and amenities were far below expectations for the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Location is quite good and easily reachable, but room quality, service and food is just average. It's ok to stay with.

The hotel was near the railway station and i found good support from the hotel representatives. Housekeeping work was good. They have a restaurant on top with vegetarian foods (the menu had a few selections as compared with other restaurants. The only issue is there is no lift and i had to use stairs to reach the 5th floor.

Called again and again and said that they are not giving water and the water in the room is not coming and the bathroom's flusk is also bad.

Travellled the city for a gig so had a lil time. But the room was clean. Nearby station and market place

Very poor quality hotel. Poor service, even served filled water bottles in room. Waste of money. Charges extra 500 rupees for 1. 5 hours prior hotel checkin.

The bedroom is dirty and smelly. Bathroom is not so clean.

Worth and economical. The family room was spacious and clean. At a stone throw distance from railway station and auto stand and crossover mall very good location. Food is very tasty with only veg options. One point of consideration is although the hotel staff speak hindi but do not know odia, the state language.

The hotel & hotel service is good. The behavior of the staff is also good. I recommend all the people to stay here.

Room was small not as normal deluxe room, don't go for rating, no parking facilities, we have to park 400 m away from room.

Not at all a good stay at hotel, got charged extra, bills not provided right time when asked, experience not good but location is good
