I will rate this property 3 out of 10, I am not sure how genuine & true the mentioned about this property because i didn't seen anything good in this property. Only the outer ambience is good rest all services are pathetic. My stay was there at this property on 1-Feb-2025, the room was untidy and messy, there was too much smell in each room of this property also lot of smell in blankets & linens. The hospitality service was pathetic staff was not responding on room service calls. Food was average. Though the Hotel manager has upgraded my room however each room of this property was uncleaned, messy & having too much smell inside each room, in bedsheets, blankets, curtains everything was smelling badly. The door lock was not working properly, management was not taking room service calls. Moreover, kindly bear in the mind if You are coming to this property for stay the mobile network of JIO & AIRTEL both are not working only you can only make calls if You have AIRTEL SIM but won't be able to use internet. JIO network not working at all. WIFI of this hotel was also not working. This property is at outs curt of the main city area so area was not safe it is in village, roads to reach the property from main highway is full of darkness no street lights, and the way to reach in between forest area. Also there was no warm water & food was not up to the mark in breakfast they were serving MISAL PAAV GRAVY with idli instead of sambhar.

Hotel is good and also room is big, but there is no landline connectivity, so every time need to call on phone to order or contact

The premises are quite pleasant, featuring a beautiful garden, a play area, and several photogenic spots. However, the rooms fall far short of expectations, with very basic facilities. The bathrooms were absolutely dreadful—filthy, smelly, and in desperate need of maintenance. The cleanliness was severely lacking, making it hard to feel comfortable using them. The rooms themselves were poorly equipped, with no chairs to sit on or tables to place your belongings. Housekeeping was insufficient, and the room wasn’t cleaned until after we arrived, which took a significant amount of time. As a result, the floor remained wet for nearly two hours due to the cold climate. Despite paying extra for an additional bed, it was uncomfortable and not worth the cost.

It has no break fast option or no taste in food so bad experience. Done

Rooms were not as shown in picture. Bedding was smelling. Floor was not clean. Ac water was leaking

Not amazing service it's only nice there is no facility available from outside and there is no service from outside.

Found this property extremely pleasant to eyes; along with the well maintained green space they had their swimming pool clean and in well working condition. With minimal extra charges they provide bonfire with food service. All mentioned amenities were in-place and the staff was welcoming enough to deal with the issues being faced by the guests. Cleanliness of the rooms was not at its best but the food and the outdoor experience was exactly as we imagined.

The stay wasn't up to the mark, the provided room was a little bit old furnished or under maintenance looking. Service speed especially at the restaurant. Food was good.

Hotel was just perfect for us for an overnight stop. The property is big and enough space for kids to play in the ground.

Public area are very decorative but rooms and specially washrooms are very dirty. Around 9:00pm i left the room and hired another hotel as there was no lock system inside room, any staff member with key can enter in the room, no ladies staff, no attention at reception, rooms are dirty, scary place as no other guest were present.

Rooms are not as good and clean. In the room the cleanliness is zero, bedsheets are dirty, no gel and no proper toiletry in the washroom. From room no communication to the reception. The swimming pool is full of dirt and bugs. If i want to then it should be a big zero, total wastage of money.

The staff was not cooperative. And the rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. There were insects and lizards in the room. The geyser in the washroom was not working. Do not recommend the hotel.

The rooms were not cleaned at all, we booked a garden facing room and its chairs and floor had dust all over it, we had to ask them to mop the floor and chairs, tv was not working, also service was not good, it's on the costlier side as well, so i don't recommend staying in it.
