Hotel Shree Palace

they only provide a soap in the room, on 14/11/2025 i checkedin at around 1 pm and i asked for lunch as i have taken MAP plan but the same was denied by the hotel staff they said in MAP only dinner will be served, next day when i asked for dinner they give a thali which is not at all acceptable, on 16/11/2025 at 8am i asked for breakfast they said that the chef is not available so that day also i didnt have breakfast my money got wasted after taking there MAP plan as they dont know what is MAP, in 3 days stay i only consume 2 dinner and 1 breakfast and rest meal got wasted because of hotel staffs, they should refund my money because if they dont have chef available that is not my problem.

Good hotel and management is also good and the staff service is excellent and and all over is all good

The staff were really helpful, the hotel was clean and spacious, also had a beautiful view of the mountains

Terrible. The geyser was not working as it was too much cold weather in katra we bathed with cold water. The water was too less like we have to call the management again and again. The bedsheets were not clean the balcony was also neither clean. The wifi was not working. The staff was too bad

This hotel was very poor kind of place and the receptionist is a very rude and bad kind of person so this is very bad hotel

We reached around midnight, the room was not proper clean, cockroaches were roaming around on the floor. Staff didn't provide any towel and drinking water on arrival.

Very poor hotel, there are no food service after 11:00pm and there are no slippers, no clothes hangers, bathrooms are very dirty, they will not provide morning kits, water drainage from roof over all poor experience

The hotel stay was very comfortable. The view from the gallery was amazing. The helipad is quite close to this hotel. The staff was very courteous and service was prompt. It is a very good hotel and value for money. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting katra for devi darshan.

Cockraoches were there in 1st floor rooms, had to pay 500rs more to shift the room from 1st floor to second floor

It was good, hotel is near to railway station and market, mall, multiplex. You will find good options for food
