Hotel Windsor Castle

The overall experience was okay. The night when we reached it was late (11:30 pm) and we had to ask for help separately as less people were available near the reception. Language was a bit of a problem although people were nice. We have asked for an extra bed but the boy who helped us carrying luggage came with a single mattress initially. Later on when we requested he gave us a single bed. Some extra payment of 200 rs were made for that. Apart from these small issues, nothing we faced as such. The food was nice and so was the behaviour of the people

For the first time I have stayed at this Hotel Windsor Castle very hesitantly though. But right from checking in to check out my experience was excellent. The room was just right. Clean and neat. Their service has been exceptional. Breakfast quality has to improve. Location of the Hotel Windsor Castle is very good. Though away from traffic hustle, still very close to every place. I surely text this place

The Hotel Windsor Castle is a combination of modern facilities and antique building, which offers a comfortable stay in the sale m city. Both me and my family enjoyed the stay. Room was near and clean, staff was polite. Especially the staff in restaurant are so helpful with respect to kids. It was a pleasant and memorable stay. Will stay when again in salem, highly recommended.

This place has a good potential the be a good Hotel Windsor Castle. Need to improve the restaurant ( menu, variety. Many dishes from menu were unavailable. The room had a very unpleasant odour of paint and wooden polish( i guess they recently renovated. Safety wise this place is good. The swimming pool is also decent thought not a luxurious pool but good for leisure.

Hotel furnitures inside the rooms were pretty old. Room illumination is so poor as we can barely see each others face. Restaurant had a foul smell like ant powder which on enquiry was told its because they carried out pest control previous day which ia not acceptable. Food was good and parking area is cool. Otherwise its a ok kind of stay

I really amazed tat in this price range I could get this kind of Hotel Windsor Castle.. Location, cleanliness, facilities.. Every thing was perfect. I would love to come back here. Staff is cooperative and room service is also excellent. And nearby few good temples also to visit m attaching one of the pic from those temple.

Everything ok but when we asked for swimming pool they told some meetings going on. Why do we care about those meetings, we paid full amount but they didn't allow initially. Staff members treating us (3 boys) as low class. Especially restaurant manager. They treating others more than us. Not worth your money.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Pillow covers were not good. Service was fine. Swimming pool was nice. Breakfast had minimal number of items. Lunch and dinner to room service was pretty quick and taste was good. Food prices were pretty expensive. Tax of 18% was levied on food. Overall good value for money.

I stayed in this Hotel Windsor Castle during my official trip. Rooms were hygienic and in heritage style, food was excellent. Service was very good, only area need improvement is renovation in exterior and entry & parking.

Vegetarian teetotaler seniors above 70. So stay and food we're good.

Stay was too good.... receptionist received us well 😍❤️ though we are too late to the stay... provided dinner of our preference even at 10.30....overall everything was comfortable at windsor castle 😍 nothing to say in negative impact.

The place is centrally located with convenient parking. The rooms are cozy and the place is decorated with pleasing artifacts. Staff is friendly. Hotel has a attached bar which is plus. Overall a good experience and good value for money.

Easy to reach. Food was good. Biryani and mutton sukka was very good for lunch. Complimentary food was simple and quality was nice. Swimming pool was ok. Gym was ok. The stay was homely. Driver accommodation is nice.

The Hotel Windsor Castle has peaceful surrounding and it is well maintained. Also the staff is supportive and any query gets immediately resolved

Hotel was very beautiful I Enjoyed my stay. Hotel is in the Heart of the City. Breakfast was awesome. Properties in the room were Antique. Very spacious room and Bathroom. Hotel was attached with Bar facility also. Overall I Enjoyed my stay.

It was really good stay. Cheap and best. Good locality. Good hospitality. Good service. Good good. Close to the Salem new bus stand. Good option compared to other star Hotel Windsor Castles. Interiors are worth the pay.

Good reception and room service

I had a very good stay in the Hotel Windsor Castle almost all the time. The breakfast was excellent south indian. Hospatality and freindlyness of staff has made my stay comfortable. Recommend to stay in this Hotel Windsor Castle.
