Had such a lovely stay here! I’d mentioned it was my birthday earlier in the month, and they surprised me with a room upgrade and even got me a cake! Sarita was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience even better with how warm and helpful she was throughout. The view from my room was beautiful, and everything about the place just felt calm and relaxing. It was the perfect little staycation for us!

I was not knowing about the smoking in the room

The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, I must’ve called the room service 10 times for 10 different things and they were very generous as well.

Very good experience and hospitality. The amenities and rooms were good. Located at a very good location. Rooms were decorated thoughtfully at each wall and infra i liked the historic decorative and switch style and each but was in sync

I was late at the time of checkout for my meeting and the reception told me that i had smoked in the room and they would charge me 10, 000 for it. I informed them that i had not spoken and what proof they had for that. The person on the reception one mr. Akbar accused me of lying and said that one of his staff had smelled the smoke. The fact of the matter is that no one had entered my room during my stay so there was no chance anyone could know if it was smelling of smoke. As i was in a rush i was compelled to pay 10, 000.

This property is located at prime location opposite the beach at marine drive guest loved the excellent service from the room's the staff was polite and helpful the house keeping was good overall it's great property for compatible stay with a beautiful view and food is very nice

Prompt check in, room service quick

The room category on make my trip did not suggest my room was non smoking. I specifically paid extra to get a smoking room. When i called the hotel, they said i should take it up with make my trip. After 3 calls i gave up and eventually ended up taking the room since make my trip was not allowing me to cancel it
