Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa

Hotel stay review our recent stay at the marriott left us with mixed feelings. While the property itself was undeniably beautiful and well-maintained, certain aspects of the experience fell short of the high standards one associates with the marriott brand. Positives: the effort to make our occasion special was heartwarming. The room was thoughtfully decorated, and the complimentary cake was a lovely gesture that added a personal touch to our celebration. Additionally, the restaurant staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, which made dining a pleasant experience, even though the food quality was average. Negatives: however, some issues did detract from the overall experience. The floors in our room were not as clean as expected, which was disappointing given the premium price point of the Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa. Service was another area where improvements are needed. While it’s understandable that service may slow down during peak times, the lack of acknowledgment or follow-up made it feel as though our requests were forgotten unless we reminded them. This gap in communication could easily be addressed with better coordination. Conclusion: the marriott boasts a stunning property and a team with the potential to deliver an exceptional experience. However, the inconsistencies in service and cleanliness raise questions about whether the premium pricing is justified. While there were moments that stood out for their thoughtfulness, the overall experience left room for improvement.

Be ready for a magical experience and stay at Le Meridien mahabaleshwar. Checkin experience was easy and peasy. Sonu at the reception explained the entire property and detailed out activity at each location. Rooms are cosy and well maintained. The housekeeping team did a good job in cleaning the room each time we stepped out. Each corner of the property is "Instragramable". Chef samridhi at the restaurant is amazing. She kept checking in with during both the dinner and breakfast during all days of our stay. She suggested to try the live counter items. She suggested various food combinations for the multi cuisine buffet dinner. She even surprised us with a cake as a good bye. Such a wonderful hospitality. They kicked it out of the park when it comes to hosting. Truly magical experience.

Excellent service! Clean and quiet property; away from the hustle and bustle of tourist spots. Staff is very polite. As it was our anniversary, they decorated the room and sent a delicious cake for us! The room was clean and spacious. Valley view was excellent and we had an amazing night sky view from sit out area. Special thanks to Shashi, Hanumant, Samridhi and all staff for an excellent stay! We tried the buffet and Woods restaurant on premises. Good food options. We observed a lot of activities for kids in the property as well. We did not use the pool and other recreational activities.

The staff was extremely friendly especially vishal, jitendra, hanumat. The food was amazing especially the south indian breakfast and dinner at woods. The amazing climate and environment added to the experience. A little effort from Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa on planning the places to see with experimenting local cuisine will make it more personalized. In all we enjoyed the stay at le meredian

It was good stay. Hotel didn’t offer any activity for free, all activity was expensive. Property was isolated so Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa must think to engage their guests so they can stay there pretty while. Reasonable activity will improve their basket size. Cycling in Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa must be free of cost.

Escape to a beautiful property that offers the perfect family getaway! from the charming children’s activity room to the heated pool, every moment here was a joy. The courteous staff made our stay even more delightful. With so many kid-friendly activities and the refreshing embrace of nature, it was truly an unforgettable experience!

Had a great stay, truly stress buster, purely in nature & silence. Good service by restaurant very humble staff mr vishal, mr. Ankush, mr. Somu, shreya, they will let u feel like your own home stay.

Simply luxurious. Cleanliness is top notch. Rooms are good and spacious. Big balcony to chillax. Staff is too polite and always ready to help. Very well maintained property.

luxurious stay at le meridian mahabaleshwar. great amenities, clean and hygiene rooms, supportive staffs and sumptuous food. really loved the stay. location wise near to mahabaleshwar market and view points. lot of greenery so thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The bungalows are located in some kind of forest. Also the place is located on a hill slope. A very interesting ambience from the dusk onwards. Rooms are as usual 5 star quality.

The stay was really comfortable and luxurious. Loved the property especially the forest vibe, it had a charm of its own. Really looking forward to visiting the property again, thanks mmt for making the booking process really smooth.
