Meluha - The Fern

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at meluha the fern, and i couldn't be happier! from start to finish, my time at meluha the fern was absolutely fantastic! the staff were not just polite and attentive; they were downright warm and welcoming. The receptionist (whose name i wish i'd caught) went out of her way to assist with all my questions, even going above and beyond and calling in spa staff to help when needed. Athot, the massage therapist, was a gem. She went the extra mile by crafting a customized 30-minute treatment, not listed on the menu, to relieve my sore feet. To add to the convenience, they took care of transporting my luggage to my room while i was at the spa. Despite booking the most affordable room option, i was pleasantly surprised by the room's excellent furnishings. It featured a well-equipped desk for any potential work needs and an exceptionally comfortable mattress. Although a pillow menu was available, i found the standard pillows provided to be a perfect blend of softness and support. The room's light controls were clearly labeled, and connecting to the wifi was effortless. The bathroom boasted an array of top-notch amenities, including a dental kit, shaving kit, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, moisturizing lotion, and even a loofah. When it came to dining options, the Meluha - The Fern offered room service, a restaurant, and a lounge bar. Sohel, my server at the restaurant, was outstanding in recommending dishes and providing overall excellent service. The food was so good that i'm tempted to return just for another taste. The bar staff were also very helpful, suggesting a fantastic cocktail that i thoroughly enjoyed. In a nutshell, my stay here was a sheer delight, and i can't recommend it enough. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to mumbai, and without a doubt, i'll be choosing to stay here again.

Me and my team stayed at Meluha for a day initially but we were so happy with their hospitality and fortunately work got extended so we extended our stay there. The entire team, from security , the gate guards, the concierge, the reception, the housekeepers, the f&b team were most professional and hospitable. It’s this kind of personal touch that makes for a fabulous experience. The upkeep of the rooms, can do with an upgrade like a broken soap dish, not having tea steepers etc… but those are structural and logistical issues. Personally the place where one comes to feel at home. Thank you team for making our stay so comfortable and joyous.

We were surprised to see huge rooms in our suite. Me and my husband went for a anniversary celebration at meluha powai. Welcoming staff members. We were greeted with warm welcome by a lady at reception. Received surprise cake in our room. Room was very clean and washrooms were well arranged with all toiletries. After our checkout within no time we received a call that we forgot our charger in room. Prompt service and response. One thing we missed is we wanted to have a couple spa for which our timing didn’t match. Rest we had amazing experience at meluha the fern. Delicious food and waiters are all great at service.

The Meluha - The Fern is located in hiranandani gardens in powai. It's a commercial area with lots of shops and restaurant. And it is close to iit bombay. However, the main attractions of the city are in a south mumbai and it may take an hour or so to go there. The Meluha - The Fern is a decent one. But the food in the Meluha - The Fern has limited options. There is one restaurant and one bar. The staff is courteous and go extra lengths in helping you.

Meluha the fern is my favorite Meluha - The Fern. Wonderful staff members. Warm welcome and super hospitality is always there. I would like to thank @ sunita ji. For her wonderful behaviour and hospitality. And highly recommend her for the best for her Meluha - The Fern can do. Me & my wife really are very impressed and assure that meluha becomes our parmanent stay destination in future. Best of luck meluha team. Excellent.

I love city check ins, so i keep on trying new properties. This time it was melula, the fern. It was hassle free check in and check out. Staff was well trained and efficient. The view from the room was good(city view. Best part is the location of this property. Its right at the center of powai, so the moment you step out, you will find all the eateries and cafes at walking distance of less than 2 minutes.

My Fiancé and I chose Meluha to celebrate our new engagement and we couldn't have been happier! For starters we got upgraded to a better room and the service by your check in staff was exceptional! The breakfast spread the next morning was amazing! We loved every bit of our stay at Meluha and we are definitely coming back to make more memories!

Stayed in this property many times. It's centrally located in the busy hub of powai. The staff from the gate ,reception, housekeeping, room service, and the restaurant are helpful, in fact proud, to be of assistance to their clients. A must visit--stay at this property 👌. Thanks to everyone who made our stay and visit comfortable.

Best Meluha - The Fern in powai with beautiful rooms and skyline view, (near to iit bombay) breakfast buffet have all sorts of delicious food items and staff is very polite and cooperative.

Excellent location at centre of powai hiranandani garden. Hotel is clean rooms we’re specious. Staff is humble and polite. Service is slow. Overall strongly recommend.
