Meritas Crystal Resort

Property was good. Service & food was average. We had booked a room with a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was not clean when we checked-in. We got it cleaned which they did promptly. Additionally, the Meritas Crystal Resort is next to the nallah, so every time we started the jacuzzi, we faced bad odour problem for the first few minutes.

great experience with marits crystal resort 👌. nice food, nice & convenient location, nice & friendly staff & feel safe environment...but the water fall at the back side is polluted with plastics bottles, poor drainages systems & faulty smelly, which leads to mosquitoes breeding. it's personal. what about discount?

Room was clean, property was well maintained, room view was excellent, resort staff was supportive for access the resort, only one suggestion to the resort please apart the menu in breakfast veg & non-veg so vegetarian people were eat properly

It is a nice property just next to the highway but somehow the map shows a different tiny way which is from the village. They need to update that!!! Otherwise good and breakfast was really nice and elaborate

Stay was really good, comfortable and luxurious. Everything was on point and a peaceful experience overall. Safe for couples and staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good and at a good rate.

Yes i loved their hospitality, the rooms were very nice, the indoor games need a little maintaining but the pool was good, food was okay aswell so overall it was a good experience. Nope

The resort was good but no refrigerator in the room. The pool was clean but it was the nearby drainage canal which was stinking. The food in the restaurant was average.

The staff was good & welcoming location is near by to the main market and attraction points, but it is too overpriced for the rooms they are providing you

Comfortable stay ! resort has good facilities! staff is polite and very helpful ! management of breakfast during peak hours can be improved. Valet parking available.

Very close to lonavala station, amazing property and courteous staff! the food price was little on the higher end but it was totally worth it! will be visiting again soon!
