Sakrebyle Elephant Camp by Jungle Lodges

We were a group of 5 girls, we loved our experience here. This is a pretty serene place right in the middle of the jungle. The elephant camp from here is in walking distance. This place was really amazing. We stayed in the tent cottages which was quite spacious and clean. The food was just like home cooked food and it was delicious. The staff over there is very helpful and courteous. They will provide umbrellas in the monsoon to roam around. They were quite accommodating with the checkout and checkin timings and they also arranged a jeep for us to reach to shimoga town. You will have multiple activities like bonfire, trekking, nature walk, elephant camp if you want to participate. Overall a great experience and worth the money.

It's the best place for families (especially with kids. The elephant crawl, nature walk and morning trek into the forest were informative and pleasant. The visit to elephant camp was equally good. As a family we loved the whole experience of living in the forest. They also have a small activity place for children, a small basketball court, hammocks outside all rooms, for costs please by-check jungle lodges and resorts official website or call the camp, so they can help you with more information about your stay, food and activities. Last but not least. Food was excellent. We had snacks, dinner and breakfast. All the items are very yummy.

Had booked the tent. It was very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were well equipped and had hot water 24 hours. The property itself is beautiful, feels like staying in the middle of the forest even though it is hardly 200 metres from the main road. Nature walk was good, got to see elephants up close. Elephant camp is just on the opposite side of the main road. Food was simple but delicious. Especially the chicken curry. Will definitely visit again.

Jlr sakrebailu stay was a nice experience for us. Cottage is huge and can accommodate 3 persons easily. Location is great and very peaceful. They take us on small treks and both were good experience through thick forests. Breakfast lunch dinner was also great. There’s nothing to complain. Staff were kind and chefs were really good, dishes were just superb! overall a very nice stay for a weekend.

Beautiful property which has been lovingly maintained by good caretakers. We stayed for a night in the cold winters and they ensured our stay was cosy and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend the place to others. It's worth a visit if you are looking for a break from city life and all the humdrum around you. This retreat will rejuvenate you completely! the elephant camp is an added attraction!

Everything abut our stay at sakrebyle was excellent. Rooms ad-mist the forest, interaction with the elephants, nature walk, food was great. Mainly loved the hospitality of the staff there. So careful to see that nothing goes wrong. They had planned all activities in a timely manner. Nothing to complain at all. Will surely revisit this place very soon

Location is superb, it's right opposite to elephant camp. After lunch we went for nature walk in forest then had snacks with camp fire followed by dinner. Morning went to elephant camp and interacted with elephants. Wonderful experience it was. Food is very good. Rooms basic with clean toiletsbut nothing to complain about. Staff are humble.

Jungle lodges never fail to give you it's best always. Spic and span rooms. Tasty and homely food served with lots of love adds to the crown ! all jlr sakrebyle is a total package. Special thanks to mr kiran. My kid forgot his favorite book at the camp and mr kiran was so kind to us by courier-ring it the very next day.

Best thing was food. Staff is very welcoming. Room is fine enough for a jungle feel stay. Lot of elephants to watch in the morning.

Great place to relax amid-st nature. Very well maintained rooms with hygienic environment. The staff take care of the guests very well addressing specific needs wherever possible. The nature walks are an amazing experience. Keep it up jungle lodges!
