Sara Vilas Mandawa

Sara Vilas is situated about 9 km's from the town of Mandawa and if you're reaching in the night you might feel that you're headed in the wrong direction but just then a massive structure equivalent to a large castle gate welcomes you. The porch area is spectacularly large with more than ample space for parking of cars. The lobby area is massive and the front office staff really courteous and helpful. We had a one night stay at the Sara Vilas Mandawa as we were on our way to Mandawa but it was a short and sweet stay. The central garden is rather massive and if you ever consider a trip with extended family or with large group of friend it has just the place for you. The rooms are rather large and equipped with more or less facilities that you expect out of a Sara Vilas Mandawa. Though the furniture looks a little dated (the television sets definitely remind you of a bygone era), it's comfy, nice and clean. The service is worth a special mention as the staff was really courteous and takes care of you well. The food is good and the managers taking care of the restaurant made sure that the food was to our taste (they/ Rajasthan gets a load of foreigners and most of the time it's their taste) and that we got attention. Sometimes this gets missed when you have truck load of foreign tourist visiting your Sara Vilas Mandawa. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Warm hug to the team at Sara Vilas for a comfortable stay. So go on and become a storyteller!

Although driving down to Mandawa from Delhi was a bit tiresome because of some bad patches en-route, yet after landing at Sara Vilas� that fatigue completely went off. We were two families and had booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. Such a beautiful resort in a tiny village like place was beyond expectations. Very tastefully designed cottages with all amenities one could expect for a reasonably decent stay if one is not expecting a 3 star or 4 star Sara Vilas Mandawa. The food quality was excellent. The staff was very courteous and stood up to the expectations. All requirements (even food without onion & garlic) were fully complied maximum within 10-15 minutes. With such a large nicely maintained lawns with over 60 cottages, the resort is a perfect location for an event like a destination wedding�. In short, it was value for money spent and place worth a repeat visit. However, a few minor improvements that could add value to one's visit and may also enhance occupancy rate of the resort are: (1) Cleanliness of the swimming pool on regular basis; (2) Replacement of old TV sets with LEDs; (3) Air-conditioning of reception/front office area; (4) Serving the buffet dinner in the lawns and (5) Some live folk music program by local artists (in addition to puppet show) during the dinner.

Hotel is good, staff were very courteous. Swimming pool damn bad, water looks green. Food was average. We booked the Sara Vilas Mandawa through Makemytrip. The Front desk executive presented the bill to us by mistake basis our stay. I was surprised to see the invoice of 15 K + where as I paid 20 K + while making the booking through Makemytrip. After going through the bill, I informed him that I had already paid the same while doing the booking. He immediately called another executive to intervene. He clarified that all the payments have already being made. Now my concern is why I have been overcharged when actual invoice is 25% lower.

It is very good property, nicely done with spacious villas, staff is very nice cooperative friendly, no disturbance we went with family and had best time. Specially the swimming pool which us very big and clean, we all had spend more than 2 hrs played and had good fun, food very good and staff asked if we want anything more they served overall we had good time, must visit from my side.

Nice Room. Staff is also cooperative.. Good location.. And this deal is a value for money.. Very nice Hotel Location and this is a joyful stay in my journey.. Hotel greenery is looking very good.. All the Sara Vilas Mandawa campuses is well maintained and seems like dream world.. Specially Sara Vilas Mandawa location is great.. Nice rooms, spacious, hygienic, neat and clean..

The Sara Vilas Mandawa is located at a very good location. The service needs to be improved a bit though. Room size was quite comfortable and sufficient things were there. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location of the Sara Vilas Mandawa was also quite comfortable. Overall satisfied and recommend to others.

Location was good .. No internet .. Swimming pool water was hot should have been normal temperature ... Room were spacious .. Food was good .. Leisure activities were very good. Overall very good experience with the Sara Vilas Mandawa. Had problem while paying credit card machine was not working.

It was a good Sara Vilas Mandawa. Need to stop people drinking at the pool and creating nuisance. Food options should be more, increased activities on the Sara Vilas Mandawa premises. Front office is excellent. Road leading to villas needs better illumination at night.

We loved to stay at Sara Vilas, excellent service awesome food value for money. We visited near new year beautiful decration. Specially food we love food. So many activities for kids. Love to come again.

If you talk about facility there was none even the hot water was not there properly but the staff were so cooperative and humble and that all these small difficulties seemed nothing infront of the treatment they gave.. Very happy with the service.. Hotel needs to improve a lot on facility part.

Overall experience was nice. What I felt is that the rooms are slightly overpriced. But still overall a pleasant stay. Above all, food was very nice & delicious. A must visit property of you are looking for fort style living.

Excellent food, fantastic pool side and there were lot of games to be played. We have enjoyed a lot with family. Very good place to relax with family and friends. The resort was covered with lush green field.

Decent food for the price which we paid in middle of Rajasthan. Little strings to be pulled on cleaning department. But being spread in middle of the desert dust, the same can be compromised a bit. Overall a good experience with beautiful evening views to look forward to.

I went with my family for a family outing at Sara Vilas. The location is very nice, outstanding property, very well maintained. The front office staff was very cooperative. Many outdoor and indoor activity options are there. Overall we had a amazing stay at Sara Villas.

Best place if you wish to cut your self from world as no internet data works at this location. Otherwise excellent place for a getaway. Food is good with limited variety. Room service was good. Staff was courteous.

Sara vilas concept is very different. We like it. Service very good. Dinner suparb ad brakefast altimate. Staff behaviour is very good. Swimming pool ad indoor games shandar. My children enjoy each ad every moment.
