Shaantam Resorts & Spa

Staff behaviour very professional, cooperative staff. This is my first visit in Shaantam resort, but if I shall go to Rishikesh again then I shall stay only in this resort. Food quality awesome it means suburb taste of food we enjoyed. Staff of restaurant in this resort, take care of the guest and we can say restaurant is full of taste quality, fast service and clean. I prefer this resort to everyone who want to enjoy some time of your life in excellent view. In night, this resort look like very beautiful but need to improve for lightening, if there is different colors of light then this resort look like more beautiful this is my suggestion only. Everything is excellent, safe for kids and women. Finally I prefer this resort to everyone who want to enjoy your life. Thank you.

Very good stay nice location though remote but that gives the feeling of going out of your daily city life. Staffs are good. Foods are good. Key a and akshat thanks for your warm welcome. I dont like only one thing, Shaantam Resorts & Spa management jeed to be more careful about all other gusts. They have some sangeet ocassion at their Shaantam Resorts & Spa for this whole night they doing preparation and second night was very uncomfortable and i did not liked. I complained the same to Shaantam Resorts & Spa as well. You guys need to be more careful and should not do all at night

As i was travel-ling with family, i was confused about taking a resort near river or in hilly area. If food quality fails then you are stuck in hilly area. But this resort cracked the food. Quality was so good. Hospitality at its best. Their manager mr. Shivraaj took special care of all guests. This resort is just make you feel like heaven. So calm. So relaxing. Every room has personal outside area to relax. Room service was so quick. Staff was so friendly with kids. Rooms are spacious. I didn't find a single lacuna in this property. Neelkanth temple is 20 min away.

We stayed there for 1 night as it was unplanned trip. Resort is good, nicely located in rishikesh-neelkanth temple road. Overall it was good experience but only room for improvement is in their breakfast and dinner menu. Both the menus were really short like 2 veg dishes. 1 dal and 1 sweet dish. This should have been increased to add little more variety. Same is with breakfast. Staff is very courteous and helpful. We ordered pizza in lunch and iit was good. Food was tasty but with little variety.

It's a great resort for the stay in Rishikesh, away from the hustle of the city. Rooms:- spacious, clean etc. all necessities are there. In washroom:- great shower, good toiletries, clean washroom etc. are provided. Food is great, no complaints. Room service also great. No network in resort, so they provide with Jio dongles in the room. Yoga is not free. Spa is rejuvenating and nice. Overall, a sweet and memorable experience.

Would recommend. The property is well managed and staff is very humble. Also took their spa. An excellent stay. The location is also not very far from the city. Overall, the stay was superb.

I stay at the valley view room and was really loved that room. The hospitality of all the staff was appreciable, and also they have a limited food options but they cook it to their best. Credit goes to their chief, he understand the guest taste and food preferences. Next time would love to come in summer due to their exotic location and outdoor swimming pool

The rooms are welding and spacious. Resort has multiple facilities like spa, activity room, swimming pool etc. The activity room could be better managed in terms of maintenance of the equipment and games being provided. The food taste great as we tried both Chinese and Italian; however, the menu options can be further expanded

Very nice location. Excellent service. Staff is very good. Rooms are very pretty spacious and homely. Food quality can be improved but still the place is just amazing. Hoping to be there again sometime soon.

Definitely one should stay here in nature

Natural beauty in hilly area of Paudi Garhwal. Swimming pool facility besides recreational room equipped with pool table, table tennis, etc. Also sauna and steam facility. Parking facility also available. Food is delicious and tasty. Nearby location includes Neelkanth temple, bungee jumping, waterfall etc.

Amazing place with amazing ambience

The grounds are immaculate, the views breathtaking, the staff incredibly responsive, warm and service-oriented and the food was the best we had in India. I cannot recommend this resort enough. What a treat it was!

Small yet spacious and very well equipped and great service. Hospitable staff. Had a very comfortable stay. Recommended to stay at least 3 nights and savour the surroundings and explore around; good base for rafting and Rishikesh visit.

I stayed with family, room size is not as expected, service is very good, food quality is decent, quick response team. Hotel location is okay. Hotel location was good but room size are small, even the Shaantam Resorts & Spa size is not that big. It's clean and service is good. Worth staying in a resort.
