Sterling Yelagiri

Very good accommodations and courteous staff. Overall, it is a really nice option for a short trip and budget stay. *food* restaurant options were good but limited, especially for veg snacks. The food taste was great, and prices were very resonable. Buffet provided a large variety of food options and really value for money. Overall, i am very satisfied with food quality and price. Variety of snacks (veg) can be increased for better options. *accomodations and service quality* room size and setup were adequate for small families, and overall service quality was good. The staff would cater to any room service requests fairly quickly and adequately. The reception desk was courteous and efficient. The staff handled the check-in and check out process fairly quickly despite heavy load. The staff was polite and gave a good impression. *other activities and overall infrastructure* this property is more of a Sterling Yelagiri unlike other sterling properties, which are built as resorts. Activity options on the resort are very limited, and the activity room contains just carrom, chess, and tt setup. The courtyard has children play area and can be used to play cricket or football, but it is somewhat congested and not open space. There is no game room or any activities available for families, which is a constant feature at other sterling properties. The parking space is limited. It may serve for usual occupancy, but during peak occupancy (holiday season like christmas and new year, we may have to park vehicles on roads due to heavy loads. Security staff and guards are really helpful and assist you in finding the right parking spots. *final comments* this property is more of a Sterling Yelagiri than a resort, and it is one of the best 'value for money' options. It serves as a good 'landing and sleeping pad' option for trips and boasts decent food and good service.

Mountain view room was really spacious with a couch for 3rd person to sleep. Beds are pretty large and have good mattress. Rooms are well lit and chairs are well placed. Staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the stay. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Very small kids play area is also available. However, buffet options for breakfast and dinner was limited and taste wise was ok, which can be improved. Done. 'done'

The stay was pleasant and the staff is super friendly. I would like to mention mr. Prateesh(manager of sterling yelagiri) was very kind and humble and made our check in and check out process easier. Also special mention to ms. Reshma who helped us with food and other things. Over all an excellent stay. Throughouly enjoyed it. Highly recommend to come back again.

Stay was excellent and staff has been polite and accommodated our needs especially in the restaurants! dinner was excellent with variety of options. Complimentary breakfast also got good varieties

Very good! had a good stay. Food was very good. Hot water facility 24*7 with bonfire arranged. Buffet lunch had good spread and kids enjoyed the stay very much.

Exellent stay….camp fire…staffs are very polite and good service…Mr.pratheesh personally interact and guide all over sightseeing…overall nice experience….
