Sunotel

We stayed from 24th to 27th dc '23 in room 906/7 and then also shifted one to 902. The rooms are quite spacious and good enough for a family of 4. The resort is very well maintained. The service is prompt and very good. The buffet breakfast spread is also very nice. I strongly recommend people coming to saputara should stay here, provided they can afford the tariffs. We felt that we paid 20% higher than we should be, may be because of xmas. Ample parking is available. The location is also good, just opposite the lake. Even books are available for borrowing/reading. The only minus point is there is nothing recreational or sports for grown-up kids. Carrom, badminton rackets, tt table, basketball etc. Could have been a really good addition to the property without significant cost factors. The swimming pool on the terrace is good. The gym could have been icing on the cake, although. The food in the restaurant is slightly over-priced and a bit greasy considering that we are diet-conscious. Others may find it good enough. More options could have been desired. An excellent option for staying in saputara.

Enjoyed stay at sunotel 1 night with my family was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we entered our spacious room overlooking the peaceful lake, we were captivated by the stunning view and the sense of calm it provided. The room was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean, with every detail carefully looked after to ensure our comfort and safety. The Sunotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Additionally, the Sunotel maintained high standards of hygiene, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the inviting pool area. Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, the pool offered a refreshing escape with its crystal-clear waters

Beautiful entrance with bell boy at the arrival door to help with luggage followed with warm welcome with aarti and tilak. The reception lobby was so huge and have ample seating area where you can relax with a welcome drink while your check-in process. Room ( warlis club room) size is big with beautiful lake view and garden. It also has a sofa cum bed for extra beds. Breakfast and dinner buffet menu has quite a good variety with chinese, italian, indian. Although it's pure veg, it tastes awesome. Staff is very helpful, humble, and welcoming. Location is perfect and very near to all the major attractions and markets. Overall it's a beautiful and satisfying stay which whole family enjoyed.

Property is really nice, with good views from room. Rooms are also spacious. Hotel's management is very humble, they upgraded our room free of cost, which was a good surprise for our family. Buffet breakfast & dinner both are delicious, hygienic and have wide variety. While planning for buffet, they also ensure that atleast 2-3 dishes are there for kids as well. Everyone must try their swimming pool, which is on terrace and has nice view of whole saputara town. We opted for dinner buffet, which is reasonably priced i.e., Rs.650 per person with 20% discount. Overall a pleasant stay and we will come again.

This Sunotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The food was Delicious , with an array of delectable dishes to savor and Bakery items was Very Tasty and quality. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely clean, including the washroom which was pristine. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, with plenty of seating and a serene environment. The waiting area was also impressive, providing a welcoming and comfortable space while we waited. Hotel staff was very Supported…..A truly wonderful stay!

I found through make my trip it is mentioned as 5 star property, but as per reception staff, it is not 5 star property, overall hospitality and staff attitude is good liked : rooms are spacious and feel comfortable. Suit room and jacuzzi are excellent add-on. View from the room is superb, and a serene feeling comes in the monsoon. Lobby and restaurant are excellent roof top swiming pool. Cons : no proper children play area swimming pool was not working during my stay due to technical issues. No gym facility.

The Sunotel is quite good overall, staff, ambience, location, facilities etc. However must fix few issues that makes the experience below value. Water hose in the room didn’t work, tv cable renewal had expired, non-jain food tasted jain too and toiletries, extra towels in the room weren’t provided without asking. 100 rs for tea and 150 rupees for a bread toast plus taxes was only icing on the cake on being expensive!

We had booked sahyadri view room but they upgraded our stay to lake view room. The room had beautiful view. Swimming pool at the rooftop gives next level vibe at sunset and sunrise time. The food is also great. We opted for breakfast and dinner buffet which was full of variety and tasty too. Our lunch was ala carte. It was also very tasty and cheap too. Overall great experience for stay, food and relaxation !

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, well maintained and the washrooms were clean and hygienic. The ambience of the Sunotel was super amazing. The staff was helpful, prompt and courteous. We also got a complimentary upgrade of room.

Stay at sunotel excellent 5. Clean and comfortable Sunotel. Delicious food. Wish you have warm water in the rooftop pool for pleasant swimming. Amazing view from the top. That's all.

It was a good stay. Nice food and ambiance. Location was too good and polite staff. Overall it’s a nice experience.

The location is very close to saputara lake. We got the rooms in level 8 with the lake view and mountain view. The restaurant serves tasty food but options are limited. The only problem is the house keeping team is very slow.

Timely room allocation, courteous staff, and good food. Only limitation is no gym at 5 star Sunotel !

The stay and the hospitality was super amazing, we totally loved it. Staff was super friendly and caring too. The property is well maintained and new. The spa is good at cheap rates.
