Taj Tirupati

We stayed there for 3 nights - 14 dc to 17 dec. The stay was good. However, since the Taj Tirupati is a noted 5 star, my expectations were met only partially. Positives: 1) the staff were very polite. 2) the corridors and rooms were maintained well. 3) food was good. 4) i had an episode of loosing consciousness at the entrance of the Taj Tirupati after coming back from dharsan, the Taj Tirupati staff arranged for a wheel chair and took me to the room. They were very helpful. 5) we had an infant with us. All our request regarding her diet was taken care of properly by the Taj Tirupati staff. Negatives: 1) we found the room toilet not cleaned properly(found strings of hair) when the room was handed over to us. 2) we found a cockroach in the room which they cleaned after we notified the staff. 3) the water temperature at the pool was not maintained; the water temperature is always very cold especially at 8 pm or so. Because of this we were unable to get into the swimming pool at all. We expect that a Taj Tirupati of this reputation would at least maintain the water temperature appropriately. 5) the receptionists were not helpful. They do not understand the requirements of the customers. Since i had fainted in the Taj Tirupati, i could not call my dad to inform him about my whereabouts. My dad being worried, called the receptionists to enquirer about my whereabouts. The receptionists could not understand what my dad was saying and connected my dad to a wrong room. I hope the receptionists can be more understanding and courteous. 6) the receptionists could not understand my request. I called them to avail the cab facility. The receptionists said they will arrange for a call back the next day which they did not. When i called them the next day to enquirer about the situation, nobody was aware of my earlier call. Later in the day they are calling me unaware of the earlier calls i had made. This shows that they do not communicate among themselves well. In any case, you would have a near pleasant stay here. All your need would be taken care off if you ask them; you might have to tell them multiple times to make them understand your requirements.

Stay duration: 31st july - 2nd august my recent stay at the taj Taj Tirupati in tirupati was an experience to remember. Below are the aspects that made my visit memorable: ambience and architecture: the taj, in its iconic style, beautifully weaves modern aesthetics with traditional design, offering a serene atmosphere that aligns with the spiritual aura of tirupati. Service: the staff epitomized hospitality. They were courteous, always ready to assist, and ensured that we felt right at home. Rooms: i was impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The modern amenities provided, coupled with a scenic view of the city, accentuated the luxury quotient of our stay. Location: situated conveniently, the Taj Tirupati offers easy access to various city landmarks, which simplified our sightseeing and temple visits. However, my rating is 4 out of 5 due to one particular aspect - the dinner menu course. While the dishes presented were flavorful and the ingredients seemed fresh, i felt the course options were somewhat limited. A more diversified spread would have enhanced our dining experience. Nevertheless, the overall experience at taj Taj Tirupati in tirupati was commendable. The minor shortfall in the dinner menu doesn't overshadow the overall excellence, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Taj Tirupati to travellers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in tirupati.

This is a great Taj Tirupati and it is all about: excellent helpful people, great food, well-appointed rooms. We stay regularly at taj tirupati and every stay is wonderful and the team under danish makes every trip a memorable experience - starting from the moment we arrived at the Taj Tirupati until we checked out, the front desk personnel was courteous and efficient. The concierge was able to arrange our transportation quickly. The housekeeping cleaned everything which made us feel very comfortable and safe. Everyone from the bell desk, reception, and varun restaurant go over and beyond to make their guests enjoy their stay. The restaurant varun served good food with a smile! so, what can i say? everything was wonderful! i want to specially call out exemplary service from jeevan and karthik shetty at varun. Great job and we will certainly return for sure!

During my stay at taj tirupati, i experienced a seamless blend of luxury and serenity. Nestled amid-st the picturesque landscape of tirupati, the Taj Tirupati offered unparalleled views of the surrounding hills and lush greenery. The hospitality was exemplary, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a memorable experience. The rooms were elegantly appointed, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration or spiritual rejuvenation. Dining was a culinary delight, featuring a range of local and international flavors. Overall, taj tirupati exceeded expectations, providing a perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and tranquility throughout my stay.

We have stayed at this place in the past. Property is well located and food and amenities are good. Staff are very helpful and service is excellent. We enjoyed indian regional cuisine and variety of foods including western. Buffet option is good to try different varieties if staying more than a day. Main concern is around the child as management want to charge cot bed for my daughter. We have selected right options when booking and we were surprised when they said they want to charge. When booking we get an option to select the age of child which we selected. This need to be sorted as this may deter foreign travellers if they want to charge for children.

The Taj Tirupati is located near the highway but there is a quiet area. The food was good, the Taj Tirupati has a very good swimming pool. Nagendra, all the staff at the recreation centre especially nagendra who took very special care of us during our short stay in the Taj Tirupati. Mr raj singh is extremely helpful and assisted us with our housekeeping requirement. The in-house dining team is too good and have served our meals and drinks with utmost care within reasonable time. We wish to thank the staff at the reception and conceirge for the extra care they rendered. Thank you taj, we will visit yet another taj in the not too distant future.

Our experience at taj tirupati was incredibly tranquil. The courteous staff's demeanor and the delectable south indian cuisine at southern spice restaurant were unquestionably among the finest in the nation. Every member of the Taj Tirupati's team, including the operations, purchasing, housekeeping, restaurant, and culinary staff, not to mention the general manager, all went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the utmost in hospitality. We are genuinely pleased with how the taj tirupati team exemplifies world-class hospitality standards. We wholeheartedly recommend that anyone visiting tirupati should choose to stay at the taj.

I have never seen such service in any of the taj Taj Tirupatis i have stayed across india. The staffs are very courteous and flexible and act as per situations. I had requested for a baby cot but as it was occupied the manager made sure he offered me a extra bed with pillows surrounding it. The breakfast was lavish and had good varieties. Most of it was vegetarian which i liked the most and also live flute being played made it a soothing experience. Fruits being served at pool such small things matter. Over all we had a wonderful stay and worth every penny would surely come back.

It’s the best choice in tirupathi. Location is so convenient to visit padmavathi temple and balaji temple as the place is on the highway and next to fly over. Facilities, ambience are extra ordinary as always.

I stayed at the taj property located in tirupati, undoubtedly the best property to enjoy the hospitality, luxurious room and amenities. We were welcomed and made comfortable especially by shivangi, man-deep and geetha among-st others. Travel-ling with a kid, our housekeeping requests are usually a lot. Man-deep and shivangi were extremely courteous about all our requests. Looking forward to visiting this place to enjoy the serene experience.

Very nice Taj Tirupati, with good staff. However do not also expect it to be like other bigger city taj Taj Tirupatis; at the same time it is not anything less than excellent!
