The ambience of TEMPLE TREE RETREAT is very pleasent. Property is well maintained. Garden and landscape is thoughtfully designed and maintained. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are very specious & clean. The place is very tranquil. They provide king size bed sufficient for two adults and a kid. Although, TEMPLE TREE RETREAT is away from the auroville beach and main city of pondycherry, it is closer by auroville maitrimandir. Good variety of breakfast is provided by this TEMPLE TREE RETREAT. There is no kitchen attached to this TEMPLE TREE RETREAT for lunch or dinner. You need to order food through swigy or zomato from nearby restaurants. Hotels provide you tea or coffee only apart from complementary breakfast. Hotel is good for those who are looking to spend their leasure time without much hassle. Over all a very nice stay in the TEMPLE TREE RETREAT !

Unbelievable place for the price you pay first the management is so friendly there was one lady I don't know where she is manager or care taker i'm not sure she is calm, humble and pleasing she greeted us in the entrance and a staff came to pick our luggage to our cottages everything was amazing the view the environment on the whole speaking about the place it's very clean and no complaints and the pool was small but that doesn't seem like an issue the food was amazing as well they had both continental and South indian food and some requested foods as well overall good experience and Worth it

A gem of a place away from the hustle bustle. Tastefully designed property with cozy cottages and all the modern facilities. The feel of the place is such that you would want to stay there forever. Humble and very friendly staff, amazing architecture and detailing. Everything in the TEMPLE TREE RETREAT has been carefully designed. Have sumptuous breakfast, soak in the Sun, swim, play with fish, hear the sound of the birds, laze Around and do nothing! Child friendly property. Would want to come back again and again.

I went to temple tree retreat on a leisure trip with my girlfriend. The staff were excellent. They valued privacy. The cottage i received was spacious and clean. We had a backyard sit out too. Perfect place for a couple to have candle light wine dinner. There were beautiful plants and trees all around our cottage which made our night a whole lot romantic. The swimming pool was clean and we had an amazing delicious breakfast. They were flexible with the timings too.

This is a very peaceful and beautiful place in auroville, away from all the hustle and bustle of pondy city. If you prefer an airy place with water moats around your cottage and a private sit out then this is definitely something you shouldn't miss. Although there is no in-house restaurant, the breakfast is bought from outside and the spread is decent. The manager and staff are extremely friendly and cordial and make you feel at home. Definitely worth visiting !

The property was located to near to auroville and it was really a pleasant stay. Especially hari took good care of us and anoop as well. All the staffs were very kind and didn't make any kind of disturbance unlike few resorts. The rooms were really spacious and i mainly liked the garden and sitout balcony area where kids will enjoy a lot. The resort was neatly maintained and food was also really tasty and delicious.

The staff was excellent. The room was spacious, the washroom was also spacious and very clean. It is not too far from Pondicherry. Good restaurants are nearby, where they serve good food. The TEMPLE TREE RETREAT only provides breakfast. I liked the spa at the TEMPLE TREE RETREAT. The cleanliness of the TEMPLE TREE RETREAT is great.

Hidden among-st trees on a laid back auroville region. The rooms are very spacious and lavish. They provide only breakfast. Lunch and dinner - not available in house. Swiggy delivers. Drive outside nearby for food - only pizza and pasta are available. The hosts are very accommodative and courteous

The rooms are very spacious and room service was very prompt. The property has some beautiful trees and flowers which makes it a pleasant experience specially for nature lovers. They can improve the breakfast spread and the available options for in room or restaurant dining.

It was so peaceful and would highly recommended for solo travellers who are spiritual seekers and yoga practitioners ; and must be great for families too.
