I recently had the pleasure of staying at the byke resort in matheran hill station, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff were not only courteous but also went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food served at the resort. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a variety of dishes to choose from, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The dining experience alone would be reason enough to return to the byke resort. To top it all off, the live music performance by gaur in the evening was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Her soulful melodies created a magical atmosphere that added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Overall, my experience at the byke resort was nothing short of excellent. The combination of outstanding hospitality, delicious food, and live entertainment made for a truly unforgettable getaway. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in matheran hill station.

My family and I stayed at Byke Heritage Resort in Matheran, and it was an absolute delight! The calmness, comfort, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was right within the resort – no need to step outside. The rooms were cozy, bathrooms clean, and the staff's service was prompt and helpful. Special shoutouts to Prakash, the Food Manager who made our stay memorable. He was perfect at his job. Raju, The chef who helped us to keep enjoy with my small kid. He provided his support in bottle sterelizing, Khichdi Making and other such small tasks. Anil, The Spa guy was awesome and so much experience he has, He literally showed me the pain in my body and then released it out. One must try it for sure. The ambiance was perfect, and the surroundings peaceful. The delicious food, live music, disco, and a swimming pool added to the overall enjoyment and most important there pool side dining give us a different aura to enjoy. A big thanks to the Byke Heritage team for creating such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. We had a great time, and the memories will stay with us!

the byke heritage is a very nice place to stay at matheran. the property is spread over a very large area with indoor outdoor activities swimming pool and variety of rooms. food was very awesome and they also give jain and swaminarayan food on request. it's very far from railway station but nearer to many view points. room service was average, for two days stay our room phone got repaired after one and a half day. till then we would everytime had to walk to reception area and tell them repeatedly thrice till we got service. they give wifi and geazer facilities. cleanliness was very average. rest all was fine but room service needs improvement. they assigned a boy to carry our luggage during check in but during checkout they didn't even provide a water bottle (charged extra for the same) and also no one to carry luggage till resort exit gate! food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ food service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ room ⭐⭐⭐⭐ room service⭐⭐ cleanliness⭐⭐

It is one of the nice place to stay in matheran. Positives: a good amount of activities like aur cycling, zip lines, archery etcbin the resort itself is pretty good. It also have place to play cricket and badminton. Swimming pool with slides available for children. Play area for childs are also on cards. Rooms they provided are pretty good. Cons: *a little bit far from railway station, but isn't a concern as it is nearer to some points like echo point, lake and all. *average breakfast *attitude of owners and staff needs to change as they are pretty much adamant on certain things. As a frequent traveller i was surprised that the The Byke Heritage Adventure Park & Resort, Matheran demanded extra money for my 4 year old child(which they didn't take when i protested. . *old type of resort which needs some maintainence *aggressive monkeys which is a bit of concern. Overall the stay was pleasent

Our stay at byke heritage resort in matheran was for 2 days. The stay was fantastic and up to the mark. All the staff is quite supportive and polite. The rooms are big with adequate and quality furniture. The air-conditioning was super and silent. The food was of good quality, tasty and offering a good variety. Trilok and whole team was taking efforts for managing arrangements for buffet breakfast and dinner and was doing so really good. The cherry on the top was the adventures sports activity on offer free of cost for guests at the resort. The rain dance and dance floor/hall was also on offer complimentary. Overall a memorable trip because of byke. Will definitely visit this resort again.

Staff was co operative. It was a great visiting matheran. Food was good. I liked the gesture that, they also had jain subji available even in buffet there no nearby eateries, you will have to go to market. It's a 15min walk. I suggest you opt for all meals package. Another important point is seek help from The Byke Heritage Adventure Park & Resort, Matheran staff on options to reach The Byke Heritage Adventure Park & Resort, Matheran as the vehicles are not allowed beyond dasturi point. I had bad experience reaching The Byke Heritage Adventure Park & Resort, Matheran. Horse riding was a bad choice. They took 5k for 4person. You may want to check options.

The infrastructure of The Byke Heritage Adventure Park & Resort, Matheran was really grit, they have swimming pool, rain dance for all guests. There was dj at night by sameer khan which was fun. This The Byke Heritage Adventure Park & Resort, Matheran is for those who wanna enjoy peace. Food served hot and proper meal. Breakfast was tasty, lunch was phenomenal, dinner could have been better. There are various fun activities like zip lining and rain dance. Lake is 30 min frm The Byke Heritage Adventure Park & Resort, Matheran.
