Our recent stay at fern kasauli to celebrate our wedding anniversary was nothing short of magical, all thanks to the incredible team there. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable experience. A special shoutout to sunita and anushka from housekeeping for their exquisite room decoration, which added a romantic touch to our celebration. Their attention to detail and creativity made our stay extra special. We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to vanita and pankaj from the food & beverage team for ensuring that our dining experiences were exceptional. Their personalized service and delicious culinary offerings truly elevated our dining experience. Kudos to the entire team at fern kasauli for their dedication and commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We are already eagerly anticipating our next visit to fern kasauli. We had a great time at the fern surya resort located about 30 min before kasauli (if you’re driving from delhi. Best part about its location is that it’s situated on the highway, overlooking the serene hills and the drive to this The Fern Surya Resort Kasauli Hills, Dharampur completely avoids the narrow winding roads of the hills of kasauli. The stay was made special by the warmth of the courteous staff, some of whom were sandhya, ankita and mohit. Hotels rooms were big and clean. The food, room service and restaurant service was great. Overall i’d strongly recommend this calm and serene place to families with kids (for its swings, electric car, foosball table, swimming pool, painting, adventure activities etc. Will keep the kids busy) and families with elderly parents (for the calmness and courteous staff will make it easy for them but there are no lifts here.

Had a relaxed weekend with family at the Fern. Was very easy to reach. Multiple parking areas, all nicely planned near the rooms. Our room was spacious, with ample sunlight thru big windows and a private garden. The housekeeping team deserves a 10/10 for maintaining impeccable cleanliness over the huge property. The F & B team too gets full scores, especially chef Deepak Thakur for the wonderful dinner and for the serving team Mr Gopal, Suresh, Shashi, Ajay and Preeti for their pleasing and excellent service. Icing on the cake was the bonfire and the live music 🎶 The pool is nice, they may improve upon it by temperature-controlling the water as it was too cold in even the March end for kids to enjoy! The kids enjoyed cricket in the property's play ground. Overall, a lovely experience. Wud highly recommend The Fern to our friends.

So I found this The Fern Surya Resort Kasauli Hills, Dharampur on MMT website. And we have a small baby and selected premium room with 2 meals. The highway is pretty nice from Delhi till The Fern. We reached there in 6 hours. My wife and I loved the property. The rooms were so spacious with good amenities. Mini fridge, spacious and clean bathroom, tv, powerful Ac and clean towels. We didn’t know they also serve complimentary tea for their inhouse guest in the garden. And the setup was so well organised and pakoda’s were delicious. And coming to dinner, the buffet was massive, full of flavours and what a great spread including veg and non veg meals. Same goes for breakfast buffet. All In all it was amazing and would love to stay again. Thanks to Praveen, Sandhya, Dalip, Happy and Preeti for the great hospitality and care.

The stay was comfortable. Location of the property is good. Food was very good. Few points would like to bring to your notice to further improve the standard. A. In bath room there is no place made to hang the bigger bath towel as well as the small hand towel. B. Small hand towels should be there. It was every day given on asking c. No proper shower to take bath. I am a six feet tall chap, hence could not take proper bath d. Other The Fern Surya Resort Kasauli Hills, Dharampurs have two to three diffent paper signs to be hanged outside on the handle of door. One saying clean the room. Second saying not to disturb. In your case both the things are written on one. E. Two mineral bottles should be given the bigger ones not the small hope you would look into my above observations

Overall had an amazing experience. Awesome stay, tasty food and a bit slow but very good celeste (restaurant) services. Cons: 1. Swimming pool needs maintenance since the water is coming out of the pool like anything and it is very cold. 2. The wifi speed is very poor - they need to work on this to take a good speed service provider. 3. In breakfast, the non veg item was just a repetition for all 4-5 days. 4. They can add more indoor games for kids to spend their time wisely. Otherwise, it's a good property for any family to enjoy the trip.

Pros: very nice property, spacious and have a lot of activities. We booked a hazel suite with 2 rooms + living room for 4 people. It was clean, spacious and overall amazing stay. Cons: the hazel suite didnt have any view. Whereas before- we had taken club room with balcony which had great mountains view. Also, we took an all board package with lunch, dinner including. But its not worth it, especially the lunch. Would suggest to do a la carte for lunch atleast. Dinner had buffet but not too great a variety. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice place to stay. Huge property with good views. Our room was decorated beautifully by miss ankita from housekeeping on occassion of our 10th anniversary. Also restaurant provided us complimentary cake. Room was very spacious with garden view from windows. Breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of veg/non vegs options. Hotel staff is very courteous and polite speaking. It is located on the main road so it is easily accessible. Kasauli is just 9 kilometers from The Fern Surya Resort Kasauli Hills, Dharampur.

We stayed in 2 bedroom villa. the rooms were clean and had a nice green view.The food at the The Fern Surya Resort Kasauli Hills, Dharampur was very good. staff behaviour was warm. My only complaint is that the towels were very old and shabby

Pros: Excellent service at all times of the day, good food cons: some parts ( pool wasn’t working, broken/bad equipment at lounge, old curtains - stained tables etc ) falling apart, location is dharampur and not Kasauli.
