The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern facilities. Food: Dining at the The Orchid's Boulevard Restaurant was a treat. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the in-room dining service was prompt with tasty dishes. Service: The staff at The Orchid Lonavala were exceptionally courteous and attentive. From the smooth check-in process to the prompt room service, every interaction was pleasant. Special mention to the housekeeping team for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the The Orchid was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. But the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet - the spread was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, i would highly recommend the orchid lonavala to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in lonavala. Five stars, without a doubt!

Overall a great stay experience. Nice clean rooms, bed linen, towels and clean bathroom. Staff is courteous, especially shantanu, robin, aaron, jivan. Improvement areas - 1) in room dining - order was taken wrongly and were told it cannot be changed - which was odd since the order was taken wrongly. Later when we raised the issue it was resolved. 2) we needed a extra coffee table to keep the in room dining items which was done after a debated conversation. These are small things but it creates a great customer experience!

The stay was good with good food and supporting staffs. The Hotel is close to Mumbai -Pune express Highway and very cosy place to relax during your stressful working culture. Looking forward to visit Hotel Orchid in near future for s wonderful vacation.

The property is located very close to the main market, which is excellent for travellers. The food served to us was very good and fresh. All the staff were very kind and responsive. All in all, a great experience!
