Pros: - serene ambiance: the ZANA Lake Resort Udaipur's tranquil surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. - courteous staff: the staff members were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They were always ready to assist with a smile. - spacious rooms: our room was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. - scenic views: the ZANA Lake Resort Udaipur's location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, creating a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. - delicious dinner menu: the on-site restaurant served a hearty dinner. Cons: - wi-fi issues: unfortunately, the wi-fi connection in our room was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected or get work done. - noise levels: while the ambiance was generally serene, we occasionally experienced disturbances from noisy guests/birthday event in the garden facing our room. - slow room service: on a couple of occasions, the room service took longer than expected, leaving us hungry and a bit frustrated. - limited amenities: the ZANA Lake Resort Udaipur lacked certain amenities we expected, such as a fitness center and a spa, which would have added to the overall experience. - pricey extras: some of the ZANA Lake Resort Udaipur's optional services and amenities came with a hefty price tag, which took away from the overall value for money. They charged us an exorbitant price for a club sandwich (not the best) and a rock hard brownie. - road to the ZANA Lake Resort Udaipur: it's off udaipur city (which is fine) but the roads leading to the property is absolutely bad, especially if you have a sedan or hatchback. Overall, our stay at the ZANA Lake Resort Udaipur was quite enjoyable, with its peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations. Our recent stay at zana was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking architecture and stunning views surrounding the property. Additionally, pinkie deserves recognition for her impeccable assistance in ensuring we had delightful dining experiences for both dinner and breakfast. The resort has a breathtaking and mesmerizing view, especially the pool side. You can feel peace at your vacation by staying at this resort. Great compliment to chef- the food was delicious. Every dish we ordered was tasty and good service by the staff at restaurant. The room was spacious too and cleaning staff did proper cleaning everyday. I think the only minor issue we faced and didn't like was the service in the room was not good. As per room facilities we should have been given proper towels daily, water bottles, soap, shower cap and dental kit. We had to keep calling for every single thing because the staff didn't place it. Inf-act one staff said they didn't had hand towel while other helped us by giving it on last day of our stay. This spoiled little bit of our experience. Also on the first day the staff didn't call to coordinate and while coming we lost our way. The location to reach the resort can be little confusing. Keeping that aside everything was perfect and i would rate the resort 5 star.

I stayed for two nights with Dinner and breakfast included. The property was excellent, with modern rooms and one of the best views you can get in Udaipur. If you are staying here, I recommend getting a package with breakfast & lunch/dinner. The food is excellent here—the Chef. Khadaksingh prepared one of the best food I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend Dinner at this place. The service can be little bit slow but it's worth the wait. If you want to chill, eat, swim, and sleep,p this is the place for you: less crowded, delicious food, and excellent view.

I am Dr. Vivek , stayed at Zana for 3 days. This property is located at very scenic end. Bang on UdaiSagar Lake. We literally loved the Hospitality , Peace & Nature. the Beauty of Zana Resort Chef Khadak Singh (Nepal)....Goodness the quality of food what this guy serves...❤️❤️Staff starting from security gate , Reception , Restaurant and all are extremelyyy polite and helpfullll. If u want to stay as couple or with family than just choose "Zana" Would love to visit this place again with Family. Thankyou🙂

We had an absolutely amazing stay at zana! it is located right next to a lake, which provides a great view from all the rooms! the staff is very warm, welcoming and courteous. They are very accommodating with the special requests. The hospitality is fabulous! the food is delicious and they have a good breakfast spread! all in all, it is a cosy property perfect for a family holiday, away from the noise of the main city! highly recommended!

Services are too slow. At the time of breakfast and hi tea whatever we ordered from the restaurant took around half n hour to complete the order. Also tea and coffee wasn’t good. It was tasteless. Services are too slow. We had to wait for every food order. Also at the time of checkout we asked for some water bottles. After waiting for more than 20 min we had to leave without water. From the moment i walked in, i was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The ZANA Lake Resort Udaipur was beautifully decorated with elegant chandeliers and comfortable furniture. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Really nice hospitality and very clean and well maintained with good amenities. Only non veg food is an issue else veg food options and price is also very good

amazing location. if u r a nature liver this place is a bliss. it's just at the lake side. I enjoyed the sunrise from the garden of the resort and sat for hours at the lake side. tye resort has infity pool with beautiful view. The hospitality was average. food was good. overall a good place to visit. Will be heaven in monsoons
