Neat and clean property with good facilities

The property is located approx 1 km from lal chowk. The place is peaceful. Dal lake is approx 15 mins away. Rooms are spacious and clean. Washroom is big and has all the facilities. Housekeeping is prompt. Food taste is amazing. The only issue was that restaurant staff are not so prompt. They will not even come to ask for chapati or water. They should be more friendly and comforting. The owner is a very nice person. Reception staff is friendly. Food charges are also nominal. In room dining available.

Hotel was amazing and food was outstanding highly recommended. As we reached a very low temperature we were worried alot but the Ennco Resorts had a centralised heater and a heating mattress which made us completely comfortable

It is one of the best properties to stay if you are planning a trip to pahalgam. However, we didn't like the food at all. One can avoid the same.
