location, services, breakfast, room everything is top notch smiling face everywhere you find in the resort starting from entrance to FO to back in HK all have smiling faces which is everything for the hospitality industry. Special thanks to Team FO forgive me in case I may forget names Kaushtubh , Rohit and a guy in white shirt help me with luggage and a smile on face. Swimming Pool was Empty when we reached and After 2 days not in working position of Swimming Pool. Hot water was not coming and complaining 4 to 5 times. But at the time of check out Hot water wasn't come fluently.

The room & the resort was clean, the food was very nice. A lot of options for jain people as well. The amenities were very good too. Room service was very responsive. I just wish the rooms were a little more spacious as a lot of space was wasted in the balcony.
